what I love about frutiger aero, is that it showed us a future where technology and nature were in harmony, neither imposed on the other, something that can hardly be observed in our current reality :/
We need to bring back Frutiger Aero it was more about futurism and the environment computers were simple and affordable back then TBH I regret buying an RGB computer I might go back to performance based desktops RGB is nothing but decoration and is useless which is why computers are actually expensive.
it's interesting how the futurists (as in the original art movement from 20th century Italy) thought technological advancement was humanity's "victory" over nature and then many decases later there's this But it's important to remember that Frutiger Aero is still a corporate aesthetic. Just because certain companies use it does not mean they actually commited to enviromentalism
@@hemophiIia Well, that's for sure, but I still think it's the best aesthetic for the near future, even being a creation of corporations, at least that idea prevails and more and more people day by day prefer to live with nature together with new technologies instead of directly rejecting it completely.
Finally we're seeing some creativity in the Frutiger Aero sphere. It doesn't have to just be computer wallpapers, it can be real places also. Frutiger Aero proper should elicit a sensation that you expand upon, leading to a broader 2000s aesthetic, wrapped up in idyllic nostalgia. What's been done here and what it should be is like if liminal spaces sought to elicit serenity instead of angst.
Frutiger Aero is the kind of aesthetic where it acknowledges that nature and technology can co exist without being mutually incompatible with one another. I love this video so much.
I dont think parents can understand our fascination with liminal scapes, dreamcore, weirdcore & frutiger aero. Its such a odd niche that belongs to us late 90s & early 2000s kids because of the specific type of media we grew up with and places we explored and played at as small children. Also fueled by vivid dreams we had as kids or false memories. Now that late gen alpha and now gen beta will grow up mostly inside on screens or virtual worlds, we'll probably be the last ones to experience sensations like this and have a grasp on the once "real" world.
so nostalgic. i miss growing up with this era, it's great. the day i found out that the aesthetic i grew up with had a name and a whole community around it was great.
Something tells me that if Frutiger Aero future became real, social media would have never existed. Or, at least never went past myspace / early facebook stage
Once you get into the job market, you realize how much grades don't matter. In theory, college and uni are for getting into academia; people before thought that academic degrees were a sign of intelligence, but that has been proven to not be the case (in the recent decade). Degrees are great for getting into academia because that's what they prepare you for... ever thought about "school doesn't teach me the necessary stuff for life"? That's because they aren't preparatory for "life" or "job" they make you into an abodient research-paper-making machine. Although there are things that school gives that are fantastic, like curiosity and striving to know more of what we don't know. Your future is going to be brighter with more experience and also being smart about such experiences, like making a blog in which you put your projects so that you can put them into your cv, so that employerssee that you had experience even right after your diploma and are eligible for hiring.
It's not Grades that determines your life. why do you think there's alot of Ace students who are working menial jobs, if they aren't unemployed, while the barely literate hold jobs at supervisor level over people tenfold more competent than them? Nepotism is what determines the rest of your life. Grades are just the excuse they use to justify crushing the happiness in your future.
0:30 Oh my God I I think I just predicted that. Because I remember when I was little watching Bob the builder and I have this thing inside of my mind thinking about mountains!!
Frutiger Aero inspires peace, tranquility, harmony, and optimism. Seems we have lost a lot of these. Also try Singapore- loads of Frutiger Aero aesthetic in the conurbation there.
2:01 Reminds me of a Star Trek matte painting of a Earth city somewhere between the 22nd and 24th centuries, the composition of the scene adds up to an uncanny resemblance

The view I had of the future as a kid. How my life and this world turned out in the end feels me with the most horrible despair I ever could’ve imagined. The devil himself is the only who could have destroyed such a gorgeous future we all could’ve had. Instead we live like peasants with our money stolen from us. It’s very value too.

It's depressing that Frutiger Aero is gone one of a kind reality that will never be forgotten.

Not even remotely reality. Trade school negates all of that.
