Here are several sketchbooks as testimony of the never ending energy of a young artist. I am opening up a private side to prove that all we need, as young creators, is to create...A LOT!
This Tour through the sketchbooks shows an aspect of my years in High School as an immigrant learning a new language as well as a new culture.

Not many artists have the courage and the maturity to show their early work, and they present only their more recent, more developed pieces. I admire you more now. You´re an amazing person, not only an amazing artist. Respect
Not many artists have the courage? I didn’t think so. 🤔
Glad to discover your art trough proko... Your in your way to become a f****** living master, thanks for been so open to share your art and knoweledge😉
Miss seeing your videos! Glad to see your back on. I've learned so much from you.
I absolutely love watching your sketchbook videos! Thank you and please make more of them in the future :).
Thank you Cesar for sharing/
Thanks for sharing!!!!👍👍👍👍
Deeply inspiring. Beyond seeing where you are in your career, seeing where you started shows just how far you’ve come. Thanks for sharing Cesar.
Our feed is overfilled with "perfect" sketchbooks, sketchbooks as final work of art. It is nice to see the video that reminds us (me in this instance) that pictures on a sketch book don't have to be perfect, if you want to scribble some lines you can, you don't have to have a finished idea in mind. I often forget that, seeing all those perfect sketchbooks, and sometimes it becomes this burden in my head to doodle in mine, without aim to get perfect or aethetic outcome
Only time will tell if Cesar will be remembered in the history books, but as a fellow artist I can say the way he thinks about art and expresses himself not only with his art but with his words reflecting on art... he is an artistic genius. And out of all the UA-cam videos I've seen, his content is actually about artistic expression and not "look at me" "how -to -videos". He deserves major recognition for that. Cesar is a special guy.
Couldn’t agree more! An incredible artistic spirit.
I like your self-portrait at 4:37. Now I understand why you have that beard. Anyway, it's - as usual - a very inspiring and motivating video. 🙂
It’s so motivating seeing where great artists come from and realizing that you have that potential to improve as long as you want to keep trying
This was really cool. :)
Great to hear the old intro! Next time let’s wrap this video up! 😂
Really enjoy your sketchbook videos.
Thanks Cesar for reminding us that the sketchbook can be a window to our soul to research what we have brewing inside to bring to the canvas.
So inspiring, you’ve improved so much
I always enjoy seeing sketchbooks - the random sketches, thumbnails, experiments with different materials, different techniques. Thanks for sharing your first sketchbooks with us.
Inspiring 🔥
Can you do more sketchbook tours i loved your sketchbook tour series
❤️❤️❤️❤️
U r real artist cesar ... Love your oil painting
Gracias mucho maestro Santos, usted es un inspiración 🙏🏽
Thanks for the tour of your beautiful sketchbooks. For me, I sometimes feel annoyed when I look back on my sketchbooks. I see a drawing that makes me think " aaargh !!... what was I thinking ?!! "... or something that makes me cringe - either the idea, or maybe it might be badly drawn and I can now see that. The impulse is to tear it out, but I don't want to ruin the book itself 😄.
Thanks again, your skill is very impressive !
