how about you try something:
since the DHC6 Twin Otter can stop on a 140m runway with no issues,
wouldnt it be good to try and make the smoothest possible landing on a REALLY long runway?
i mean, it can stop if it overrruns so its not a bad idea
It’s not great at smooth landings, so I’m not sure how well that would work out.

Living in a airport that has no atc tower, I am the atc on days with heavy air traffic. I use if hard landing I say normal atc stuff try to keep accidents form happening, (I use a manlift with a radio so I can see higher and still talk) and keep stuff organized for safety lol

@swiss 001 you actually landed a twin otter on an even shorter runway than skyline and made a video on it, x plane had a challenge where you could land on a heliports taxiway but it haad markings on it, and you did it, i tried it myself in the twin otter and did it multiple times in a row and that was 102 metres i think or even shorter

also worth mentioning that China's Y12 is actually around 80% similar to Twin otter
and then you would see both Y12 and Twin Otter at lukla but you just cant identify them without looking at the nose and details

In roblox PTFS or Pilot Trianing Flight Simulator all pilots don't approach to land at the hill bc we don't have skills instead we approach/land at the beachside bc idk... it's kinda hard to land/approach at the hill
