If I’m not wrong Capricorn and Carnarvon is owned by the same people and both of them are having problems all the time, I have a feeling that they are too greedy and don’t want to spend money on the proper maintenance work, they just do patch ups and is backfires.

Tony , your Volvo is coming up to 1 years birthday in operation. How is the situation on k´s and general status. You told earlier that the European prime movers are much cheaper than Aus Kenworth aso. But do not last so long neither. !! Your are for living semms very nice from your videos with boat and home works, Nice houses and gardens in front. Looks nearly europaen style !!
I’m sitting on 242k kilometres and it’s has the 12 months service, they did found a few mechanical issues like ad-blue system was leaking around injector, couple of sections of the exhaust system needed to be replaced fixing the cabin cooling system but apart or that no major issues, some electronics, sensors, but nothing serious, inside of the cabin the storage cabinets are the under bunk fridge are getting a bit loose and starting to rattle when you drive but it’s not much that can be done about that, it’s plastic and it’s normal to happen, other than that it’s going ok, it’s only 12 months old, will see what happens in another year time, saying that one of other driver that was doing a lot of work on the dirt road got serious problems with transmission system and the truck was sent back to Volvo for rebuild.
Perth is looking a lot more European then the other cities in Australia, it’s having a lot of Italian, German and Spanish-Portuguese influence.

Whereabouts can you drive through the gorges?
It’s in between Newman and Port Hedland, the first one is about 180km north of Newman just before Auski Road House and about 80km north of that is another one, a bit smaller.

@@Dollar_maskinen if you go there make sure you once you are at Auski you cut across to Tom Price via Hamesley gorge and come back via Karijini drive, it’s really amazing drive , I used to take the triple on that route when I was delivering at Kangi
