      Maybe some salted veggy stock to ferment then blend with butter
      Resueuced white wine
      But i can only imagine

    I would be delighted if someone could invent an alloy for porcelain, so that as an experience, the color of the plate changes while the guest is eating and the plate slowly cools down.
