Okay, I’m confused. I tried to buy the Blu-ray collection several years ago before it went out of print. Then when I read the product reviews of it on Amazon it said it was region locked. Would I’ve been able to watch this on my American Blu-ray player back in the day if I bought it? And does this being premiered in English dub mean they’re releasing it again? 😵💫
