Umm..thats not a Barracuda or Baracouta. Thats a Narrow barred Spaniard Mackerel (Aust) or Kingfish in the US.

Here in SA we call it a Couta it is a King Mackerel , some people say barracouta often mistaken for barracuda, different species for sure
