Glad you found the video helpful! For psychographic data, tools like YouGov Profiles, Claritas, and Facebook Audience Insights might be good starting points. Isn’t it so that at times you need to roll out a product as a pilot to see which exact segment/target will grasp it and run with it and then focus on this target segment
That is one approach… But a valid question would be “What is the target segment you’ll go after?” Another would be ”What reason will you give them to choose you?” To get to these answers, you often need to ask more questions… this is the basis of strategy Without the answers, you’re going to market in the dark
Samll tip for viewer retention: you really need to get your audio under control. I hear a lot of clipping. Maybe its the mic, maybe its something else in your setup. But I am sure it is easily fixable.
Do the research, then ask them for a report from their side and make the comparison... you can run split tests based on the traditional vs automated approach

Completely missed the psychographic. Demographic is garbage (sorry). It’s a flipped coin.
