2 bananas
2 eggs
Fresh milk 200m
50g sugar
5g salt
200g wheat flour ( not sure if it Self raising or Plain flour)
2 tablespoons of olive oil.

I tried this ... It turned out to be delicious 😋 thank you for sharing this recepie .... Good layer of sugar is important and if any body wants to it to be more fluffy then add 1 spoon baking powder in the batter....

How many grams of milk and flour did you use??

@@black_hammer2789 just keep adding flour to milk whiling mixing untill the desired consistency is achived thats the simple rule ... never mix all the qty in one go

Just 2Bananas and 2 Chicken Eggs. Then came Sugar..., Then Milk, Floor and Cooking oil......Final product.....Egg Banana omelette.
I call the recipe,banana pancake, not a cake.I make banana pancake,but I mashed the bananas before mixing it with the batter( I used store bought Aunt Jemima's pancake mix,no bother about the eggs,flour,baking powder being added,just use the mix,and I'll be eating my breakfast in a jiffy).

I also ended up with a stodgy half cooked scrambed banana whatever........not good.Going to microwave a bit longer to cook rest of uncooked dough, add other fruits and some brandy and make a messed up trifle thing. Come hell or high water its going down this gullet somehow.

My husband had 3 teeth pulled so I wanna fix this for him
I made it today. Slightly burnt on one side as I put mediums flame on a the gas stove...but after put it to slow heat, it cooked correctly on the other side. Very easy to make, and addition of milk makes it healthy...Sure I would be able to do much better next time. Thanks very much!
