My Mom and maternal grandparents were Cannonsburg residents when Mr. C was working the barbershop and starting his musical career.

What reason would they have for banning it?
@@nielrishoi8156 because of the copyright holders' rights to the songs. UA-cam can find such fragments and indicate that the copyright holder prohibits the use of the materials. Sometimes it happens by mistake, but it is quite difficult to reverse it
