Sometimes there is cross fit classes. I use to take one!
Most crossfit gyms have set times throughout the day where they do the workout in groups, it’s very helpful to get motivated. Or if you’re not that disciplined. Personally i found i do better in group setting.

When you did your warm up.... I’m like yep I’d be drained by the end of just that. I need to work on my fitness but I always feel like I’m dying when my hearts racing cause I have bad anxiety so def a goal of mine to get passed
