Hi! My name is Jasmine I am 27 and located outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I am a Penn State Graduate with a Business Degree. Currently I am a full time UA-camr with a huge passion for all things beauty. I am half Puerto Rican/half Guatemalan & I speak fluent Spanish. You don’t even understand how much you and Hector beginning a relationship with the Lord has blessed my heart the last year or so. I always want people to choose for themselves what they believe, and hearing you two having God to rely on and you now get to feel his presence through your daily life and the tumultuous times just brings me so much joy because you have his comfort and support. Just so happy for you.
Personally, I like that your updates, are actually life updates. Us followers, like knowing your life is just as normal, just as busy, and sometimes it’s a little chaotic, and that you go through good, and bad times too. Sometimes hearing someone is going through the same things, and as a viewer it’s comforting to know they’re not alone. I like that your updates, are real actual updates. It’s so genuine. I’m so sorry about hector. Sending healing wishes, prayers, and hoping this year, is a good one for both of you. Successful, health, mental health. All of it.

My niece was diagnosed with Chron’s disease when she was just 12 yrs old. She went through so many tests and exploratory procedures!! They even took out one of her ovaries and a tube!! At just 12!!! My sister finally took her to UVA and they figured it out. She’s now 39 and 3 beautiful kids. She still has really bad flares at least a couple of times a year. I wish more could be done for the folks that have that awful disease!!!! Happy anniversary to you and sweet Hector!!!! Much love!!! You both are a beautiful reflection of Gods whole heart❤❤❤

I genuinely love you so much. I don’t feel connected to a lot of UA-camrs and just kind of watch for entertainment but I watch you and I genuinely feel more peace because you’re authentic. I weirdly got teary eyed when you were talking about Hector’s health and how everyone is going through something and to just be kind because it’s SO true. God is with you. God is with me. God is with everyone. Bless you and thank you for the little things you do for my mental health. It’s more impactful than you know to just make someone feel a little less alone. ❤️

I have crohn’s it’s so painful have felt near death and few times too many to count. I’ve had it bout 16 yrs now. Everyday is either a good of bad day u will never know. It can hit and any moment then you be laid out for days unable to eat or leave the house. Ugh!!! All I can say is when u have good days live that day to fullest do as much as u can to enjoy ur day. Cause oh man!! It’s so tough and I know I put my poor husband threw alot. It’s hard to plan trips or anything really cause of my flare ups. I’m sorry but it’s really nice to hear ur side of ur hubby having this horrible disease. I know he had it cause u would say it but u never would touch on it. So thank u and we are all praying for you all!!! ❤😊 xoxo

Watching this made me feel compelled to comment. First off, I’m so sorry to hear that Hector has a serious illness. It makes me sad for you both as I know it affects you as well. I understand the feeling of having a loved one who is struggling physically and you feel so helpless and out of control. You both are lucky to have each other because I know how much support you both give one another and that honestly will get you through anything.
Second, as a therapist, I understand how mental health can impact your overall well being and I pray that you find that serenity within.
Thirdly, you are beautiful no matter how you do your eyebrows. You taught me that there are literally no rules to makeup. So I love that you addressed it because I’ve seen some negative comments about it myself and I am of the mindset, “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.” I have worked so hard to surround myself with effortlessly kind people, and I know that’s hard to sometimes control with what you do, but you’re doing what you can and hopefully that will help send a message.
Fourthly, I completely am with you about the lights and the holiday season this year! It made me so sad when it was over! I think for me, it represented a certain kind of loneliness I’d never felt before, with everything going back to normal, family leaving, the hustle and bustle stopping, etc.
In addition, my goals for the new year are to make sure I get up every single day and get ready meaning I put my makeup on, even if I’m not leaving the house and another one is to make sure my kitchen stays clean the entire year haha those are mine. Anyway, sending so much love your way. Thank you for posting more on your main channel, honestly you bring so many people so much joy. And when you hear hate, just know how many people love you and need your content to escape from reality for a bit! ❤

My dad has crohn’s disease and has for years, but he also has had more flare ups recently and it’s gotten worse. I get how hard it can be and I’m praying for you and Hector! I find it so encouraging how much you are leaning on God through all of it! Thank you for sharing❤️
I agree with you 100%! Autoimmune diseases suck. Unless you or a loved one have one, a person doesn't know how it affects their lives. That's why they are called "invisible." You really can't see them from the outside. A lot of people do not understand how debilitating autoimmune disease can be. I've had Rheumatoid Arthritis,18 years now, but it comes with so many other symptoms. Skin, GI, respiratory. Pretty much whole body inflammation. So I can relate. I know Crohn's can be the same way, just miserable at times. Then, there are the meds and side effects.
My thoughts and prayers are with you both. And I am very grateful for every day I wake up, whatever it may be, at least I am here to live it.
God has blessed me to be on this earth for now!❤

My newborn was diagnosed with sickle cell & it has taken a toll on my mental health as well as being diagnosed with bipolar and BPD. It's not fun but everyday me & my wonder husband work at making life better & not being defined by these illnesses. I love you & thank you 4 opening up about it ❤

I have one that is very rare and it is so hard for friends/family understand my daily challenges. My husband is a rockstar and is an amazing partner but it def takes a toll on him too. Hey Jass! Thank you for being so vulnerable and sharing with us.. I know it isn’t easy to just witness your husband in pain sometimes and especially when you can’t do anything about it.. I feel your energy through the screen and I have nothing but compassion for you and I am sending you healing energy. Challenges aren’t always easy and I know the feeling of taking it day by day. I know sometime we don’t understand these things and earth school can be challenging sometimes and it’s in moments like these where we are being tested in terms of tapping into our inner strength & surrendering. Any chronic disease can be reversed the body is so powerful hector has the ability to heal himself I truly believe that. A lot of disease comes from stress. I hope you don’t mind but I would love to DM you some resources and I promise you that one day hector will be free from chrones disease one way or another. This is temporary. Love you Jas

I’ve been following you for probably 8-9 years, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen you this vulnerable and open. You have grown so much!!❤ I’m 26 now and continue to look up to you. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in 2022. 2022 was the hardest year of my life 😢 so I completely understand when you say it’s physically and mentally draining. But I will say having a supportive spouse is EVERYTHING when dealing with IBD. Wishing the best for hector and you ❤
Same here sister you’re not alone! I got my UC diagnosis in October 2023. It’s been rough being a mom, a wife, and an employee while dealing with UC but I’m just trying my best.

My ex finance had chrohn’s & ulcerative colitis & agreed, it’s horrible. I couldn’t imagine being in that sort of pain or discomfort. I feel for anyone who has to deal w/ those flare up’s. There’s nothing worse when u don’t feel 100%. So I feel for Hector in that sense. Glad ur having good vibes for 2024, hopefully it stays that way! We love ur content & thank u so much for giving us consistent videos. U truly love what u do & I can totally sense that. We love that ur a ‘normal girl next door’ type of chick, that’s why we can relate to ur content. (I hate the word normal bc what is normal, but u know what I meant lol like non bitchy, grateful for everything u have😊) ❤
I take down my Christmas decorations after Christmas too...when the magic is gone, I no longer want anything up, and can't wait to organize my house! I get so sad after the Holidays - I really feel that letdown, so I decorate my home with Winter decor (snowflakes, white covered trees, white furry pillows/blankets, etc.), so that makes me happy. I don't and can't do anything without taking it to Prayer. When doing that, it's given me such Peace, Joy, Hope, Kindness and Direction in my life! I will always be a UA-cam girlie...there's something so soothing about sitting down and relaxing to videos, rather than speeding through shorts on Instagram, which always leave me wanting more anyway. I love Makeup application videos, so I really enjoyed this catching up while applying makeup! ❄☃❤💌
