Wanted to chat about some dog updates (check my previous vlog if you are confused lol) But also wanted to have an open convo about why I'm not vegan anymore, I deff always hesitate now to speak on these touchy subjects but honesty is key. I went vegan for ethical reasons not health reasons so I totally understand for someone who just did it for health reasons to not want to do it anymore it truly isn’t for everyone and everyone’s body will react differently and if you don’t feel good about it then don’t do it , you should always do what makes you feel the best and the happiest
Veganism is way more than food to me, it’s about an environmental movement and the cruelty animals have to face so I still eat pizza and burgers and “chicken” sandwiches whenever I want just source them from different ingredients because that’s what makes me feel the best (not health wise) but mentally as I love living peaceful knowing I am doing the best to cause little to no harm in this world ❤
I was strictly vegan for about 6-7 years.. it came to a point where I felt I was depriving myself especially being out or at parties. Having limited foods made me feel low key depressed.. i still eat mainly plant based but most days im a vegetarian 💚 i completely agree with everything you mentioned about being vegan. It feels great not consuming meat but until you experience it you’ll understand ✨🙏🏼

So true! I went vegan because everyone was saying it was the right choice. I unfortunately failed to do research and my iron dropped dangerously low and my overall health was failing. I started eating some meat again and started feeling so much better.

Yeah, veganism also dropped my vitamin D levels as well. Animal foods are imperative for my bone health. Most animal foods have vitamins A, E, K, and B12. Essentials that veganism lacks.

Nothing you do or say is toxic. I’ve been watching your channel since the college years, and you are the most sweetest and unbiased individual. We are all human and you can change your mind about anything. You have to take care of you. It’s trial and error. Everybody’s body reacts differently to eating certain foods.

My husband has an editor and a manager. He goes thru leviathan and they have been wonderful, alot of our influencer friends recommended them. And an editor is nice becuz it's less stress off, but you have been doing great 😍 I've been a fan for a loong time 🧡🧡

Hire an editor! Jessica Braun has changed her whole perspective. Letting go of anything you can is one way to keep your sanity. Trust me, I have true anxiety and pushing myself and I now have low cortisol levels - clinically - and I am on a journey to heal myself. You are wonderful and do a fantastic job.

I love declutters, they are some of my favorite videos to watch! I always wanted to foster animals but I agree, I would get attached and want to keep all of them. I still hope to be able to do it one day in the future since I love animals and grew up with a lot of animals because my dad was a big animal lover. I have thought about becoming a vegetarian or vegan since I’m not a big meat eater, but I don’t think I would be able to give up chicken or dairy. Do what feels best for you.

Hi Jas! Love how honest you are! Just wanted to let you know you are doing 16:33 all the right things to help with stress, eating etc. One other thing I would recommend therapy. It goes a long way, it can help with how to deal with work stress, letting go of things, etc. Keep up the hard work!

Where i live, you can take the dog the same day. As long as you get interviewed by the foster and you have a 7day sleep over period to make sure the dog is right for you in your environment. One of the dogs we got we had to give back, unfortunately it did not work out, we still love him, we had him for 3 days, and it was so heartbreaking, but the other 1 we kept, and we love him so much. Your dad not getting the dog is really sad, i hope he finds the right one for him. There are so many dogs needing a home ❤❤❤
