2 Step Truck Washing | No Brushing | Touchless Process!

Here is a video from an HCS customer, ‪@beachtransport9768‬ showing a great example of a "real world" type setup for 2-Step washing. The soaps used are Citric Presoak and Film Fighter drawn with an adjustable injector. The chemicals are applied at a lower pressure and the truck is rinsed at high pressure.
A 2-Step truck washing process can help decrease labor costs and help increase the lifespan of the vehicle. It also helps prevent paint damage caused by caustic 1-step soaps & the damage caused by brushing the surfaces of the vehicles.

The products in this video are '#1 Citric Pre-soak' for step 1, and 'Film Fighter' for step 2. We have many different combinations and typically like to work with the end user to match up the best soaps for the type of vehicle they are washing as well as the type of equipment they're using to wash.
