Hydro-Chem Systems manufactures customized automated vehicle wash systems, designed to wash any type of vehicle without requiring brushing. This applies to even irregularly shaped trucks, including but not limited to semi-trucks and trailers, refuse / garbage trucks, commercial retail trucks, farm equipment, municipal vehicles, school buses, RVs, car haulers, tankers, and military vehicles.
2 Step Fleet Washing Equipment & Chemicals
Using a 2-step process removes road film (dirt particles magnetically bonded to the surface by an electrostatic charge) in a fraction of the standard time, without physically brushing every inch of the trucks. Our process greatly reduces labor costs, insurance costs, and equipment wear and tear. It also helps prevents paint damage that can be caused by high caustic 1 step soap & the damaged caustic by brushing the surfaces of the vehicles. The Hydro-Chem Systems touchless process leaves the vehicles clean, film free and with a glossy look.
Farm Equipment, Box Trucks, RVs, Garbage Trucks, Heavy Equipment, Tankers, Tractor Trailers, Bobtail etc can ALL be cleaned using our touchless wash system no matter what shape or size.

How much does something like this cost?
An automated truck wash can vary significantly in pricing - something simple and basic will be much less expensive than something with all the bells and whistles. It can vary by immense amounts depending on the equipment, the building, as well as government restrictions, requirements and permitting.
