Thanks my friend. I’ve never tried intermittent fasting but hear that it works so well for folks. I may give it a go. For now, I try to stop eating at 7pm and don’t eat again until 7am so it’s almost the same thing I guess.
You talking about bakeries reminded me of a time years ago when my big self worked at Jenny Craig..lol. I used to sneak to this bakery next door on my breaks and get sweets. LOL. Anyway, wishing you the best on your 2024 health goals!

Girlllllllll..Sweets are my weakness 😪 I lose so much weight when I let go of it..and then boom I'm back to eating sweets..then here comes the weight back and then some..That bakery reminds me of Alpine Bakery in Woodstock, Ga..And their slices are not normal either 😮 Be Blessed ❤️
