it actually feels like whatever im watching gets super popular. i've been watching DarkSouls speedruns and got a recommended vid of Hugo gta speed runs and then this guy. a year ago i was watching some random dude's vlog and got leafy related vids. watched a few. in the old old days while pewdiepie had 10k subs i watched his amnesia vids cuz im into horror games. obviously just coincidences. weird
Is there any way to TAS this speedrun to get the frame perfect cutscene skips? Even just a secure save state would prevent soft locking before the cutscene starts. Unfortunately this seems easier on console games played on emulator than the PC games themselves right out of the box.
when swimming lower your cam to water level where you basiclly have the splashes against the screen, this lowers your fps and the lower the fps the faster you swim

he's tapping the space bar because you sprint faster if you tap it instead of hold it. and he keeps control of the camera because he's constantly flicking it up and down - which despawns the traffic ahead of him

this is easily proven when im playing online with mates with shit pcs who run slower but swim faster than me with a decent one
Hugo It's also proven by if you have fps limiter on then you swim super fast but if you have fps limiter off then you swim slow asf
It is also proven that if you don't play the game in the first place, you'll complete the whole game under a second.
