Where King Jahad says he “found out a way to play around with fate, cruel fate.” The dialogue is said over Wangnan picking up the talking sword. Which leads me to believe this cruel fate involves Wangnan and or the princes in general. Perhaps the cruel fate he is referring to is having achieved so much only to die of mortality? Which might be where the anxiety Data Jahad pointed out comes from?
I think he should just focus on doing Bams story correctly and without rushing, if jahad comes next then that would be fine. Also I think this story would be more suited for anime because you would basically be in it for fillers
We will 100% see an entire arc dedicated to them climbing the tower (probably 100 chapters or so. This includes them meeting on the outside, getting into the tower, and the war between them). Can’t w8 for this.
I feel like the place Baam was sealed in is the place where the king of new conquer was buried. His symbol was most likely 3 dots and 3 eyes. And Jahad wanted to be a king like him and he used his symbol. The “rock” where Jahad’s symbol is located is too smooth to be one. In fact, it’s in a shape of a casket. And this is not even mentioning how there is a cross on it (symbolizes peace upon the dead). (TUS)
Theory: It was not Jahad that made the contracts with the administrators, but the administrators that gave contracts to Jahad to seal off the 135th floor. Since clearing that floor would mean the end of the tower as the purpose of the tower had been fulfilled, it is the administrators purpose to serve and protect the tower no matter what so it would be understandable why they'd do that.
no diss, that makes literally 0 sense in anything we know so far. As much a chance of this as there is of Rak being a prince of the red light district lol/
jahad is in no way a saint, but the more we go deeper into the story, im feeling like he isnt as bad as arlene painted him to be. sure, his empire is corrupt, but look at FUG and even wolkhaiksong, they are all unafraid to murder relentlessly. baam and us are probably shaped to be anti-jahad, but if we looked at it from jahad's pov, he isnt nearly as bad as some of the people baam himself alligned with. i have a feeling arlene is the final boss and so is rachel, who will "guide" arlene, and they'll have an epic war with either jahad being the third party or jahad teaming with baam after everything gets straightened. arlene is in no way an ally for baam, im sure of it. she's really shady and so is headon. unfortunately, i cant say that karaka and wangnan will team up with baam if this happens. maybe that would be the point of the final betrayal in tower of god, unless karaka and wangnan finally get their "dad" time. i also think it would be too easy if baam had everyone in the tower and then there's just fug, so im thinking one of the irregulars will play into this and will also be an antagonist, enryu especially since he seems to know arlene and fug.
If you think Alene stands a chance against jahad then sorry buddy also I don't think murdering the child of someone who rejected you is good and also the whole princess of jahad stuff idk
@@user-ii4oi4pw3z arlene started war against jahad first. And if you re read the floor of death chapter where garam tell bam about arlene you will see that arlene is bad not Jahad
Let's make justice here. Jahad stopped climbing, then proposed to Arlen. Arlen refused cause Jahad didn't want to open the gate of the 135th floor for her. She then left with V and it's her who declared war, it's not Jahad. Jahad let her go with V, he was not a simp at this stage. Then Arlen and V lost the war, but Jahad let them go another time. Actually it would have more sens if he sealed them away or killed V as he was not immortal (contrary to Arlen), but no, he let them go after their betrayal to him and his other companions, I mean they started a war that led billions peoples to die. So, it doesn't make sens that Jahad went to kill Bam just because he was a simp. He wasn't until this point. There must be something more to it, related to destiny. Btw, Jahad was a good king at first and he cared. Maybe the war changed him, or the things he did to Bam, then indirectly to Arlen and V was the final trigger to his actual behaviour. Now, for sure he is a bad king, first he doesn't care about anyone else than him, everyone can die, he don't care. He's messing with people, use them as toys, he doesn't even rule, all he did was to send an order after thousands years sleeping, there is also this thing with the ghost of the 13th month. He was a good king, he is no more. There are several theories about the cross, but the most probable one is that the cross is a Christian symbol. Was it there for ever, was it Arlen who engraved it, was it Rachel ? Well, we can't know.
I Read the comments down here and I was in shock people here think that jahad turned into a monster because of Arlene's rejection . bruh , Arlene was the one who fought jahad first and wanted to take the key without even asking about the reason
I think alot of people are just memeng but I agree with you also it was mentioned that arlene could have returned to the 13 great families so that shows that there wasn't really bad blood between them before she started the war
@@Anzeer1stclass-A1ST Headon is definitely super shady, I can see it happening too. And with Rachel, in my theory with Arlene, I think she and Arlene will team up. Also in my theory Bam might end up not killing Jahad, if that ever happens, I can see Arlene will be really pissed, and Rachel is obsessed with fulfilling the prophecy so I think she'd also want to kill Jahad. Another war will start, it would be like: Arlene and Rachel vs Jahad and Bam.
@@magical_frylover466 yeah, also Zahard was able to manipulate Khel Hellam(?? Is that how it's spelled) using his visions, the more skilled you are with foresight I guess you can use it to manipulate low level foresight people. What if someone higher than Zahard has been manipulating what Zahard is seeing making him act like this. He said he has seen a lot, maybe even too much for his own good, what if the outside god, the highest or most skilled in foresight is the real mastermind and manipulating Zahard. What if Zahard was able to foresee the threat Arlene's child will bring because of the outside god, causing Zahard to kill that child starting this whole story exactly how the outside god wanted. The irony of fate in tower of god is those who defy it like Rachel and Zahard become the biggest contributor into what they're supposed to defy. Rachel who wanted to become the heroine was the reason why Bam is in the tower in the first place, Zahard who wanted to prevent this story from starting ended up starting it. Just a theory I thought about when I read the wiki a bit. That'd be a cool irony. Although it shows how scarily impossible it is to create your own fate in Tower of god, the outside god be like "it's either my way or my way". Everyone in the tower are pointing knives in each other's throat without knowing the real enemy is above manipulating everything for whatever goal it has.
Same. I just can't hate him I have this feeling that the story is made for us to think he is evil like his the good guy all along and he is the one being used
I like the intro with Jahad voicing. Looking forward to see future videos to have something like that too. Jahad's fascinating indeed. I think he's clearly one of those types who had good intentions in the beginning but became corrupted for some reason later. I'm dying from curiosity but it is unlikely for SIU to reveal that anytime soon after TOG's return. Ugh.
I love how you started it with a quote. You should try to start each "Character specific" lore video with a good quote that embodies the character in some way!
I hope your channel takes off as Tower of God gets more popular. All of your videos are very informational and remind me of things I may have forgotten.
My theory: Jahad wasn't the first to climb the tower. He was on an adventure like BAM to overthrow the previous "King of the tower" who acted more like an oppressor. When Jahad defeated the King, the administrator let him reshape the world in a way that it would seem fair, which would manifest into a new floor. The problem here is that true fairness never really existed so by purely trying to force your own ideals upon the world you are really just another oppressor, and kings became seen as oppressor just out of necessasity or doing what he thought was "best" for society. So basically the Tower was reformed like 134 times. That probably explain why the world is so shitty in lower level and gets better at higher levels, and the purpose of climbing the tower is to find themselves in a better situation, and reaching the stars is more like striving for the perfect society, which is an idea that is unreachable. The Idea of Arlene Grace, V, and Jahad as a love triangle is probably just falsehood, and the wisdom here is that no system is perfect and its mean to be overthrown... so Arlene and V volunteered to set off the next cycle to have Jahad defeated.. as to pave the way for the next level of the tower... just as they have done before to defeating the King of the power previously.
@@darkinnovator2479 it would be crazy if rachel is supposed to make bam hate her, cuz, she knew Arlene, why would she do such a thing to her son? If rachel never came to the tower bam wouldn't either, i feel like rachel has a big secret that we never even thought of
@@darkinnovator2479 which would explain why jahad started hating her so much, that he killed her baby in front of her, pure jealousy doesnt make you such a monster, so you might be right
Due to bams ability to accept ppl no matter how much of a danger you was to him I strongly feel like Bam isnt actually going to kill jahad but face a revelation that'll cause another rabbit hole nd that they'll be a greater enemy apart from jahad. He stopped at a certain lvl for a reason idc what anyone says. But before I try to elaborate I'd like opinions from this great community!!!!!!!
Yeah, like data Jahad said about Bam giving Jahad a new adventure, maybe Bam will join forces with Jahad (to continue climbing the tower together, maybe??). But then Arlene comes back in the tower only to find out Jahad has not been killed, enraged by it, plot twist she becomes the final villain who joins hands with Rachel, who also still wants to fulfill the prophecy, to kill Jahad, then another war will begin.
Before Jahad was introduced in the Data world, I was kinda feeling meh about him, since he was ranked 4th among rankers, and we had already seen just how powerful Urek was. Then we were introduced to his past/younger self in the Data world, and you could feel that being a ruler was this guy's destiny. And then we were introduced to current Jahad and I was just...blown away.
What if Jahad did a swap and tricked Arlene into believing he butchered Bam? Throwing him out of the tower thinking he would never be able to enter the tower on his own. Keeping him as a bargaining chip to try to coerce Arlene into being with him using Bam as bait.
Jahad probably saw a future where a adventurer climb the tower turns out to replace him or kill him, he stops climbing cause he will never see the stars in his vision. Notice how the 10 families have lots of kids and wives but he doesn't. He had probably had 3 kids, he fears that one of them will see the stars and takes his throne or kill him. Who is the mother? I think it doesn't matter but he wants no more kids or wives, it explains why the 13 moths turn the Jahad princesses insane if they try to collect more than 1 and above. To Keep his Life and throne he kills anyone who can climb the Tower, He is mad depressed that he can never get to see the top of the tower, he has a vision of him dying if he goes further.
Say what u want about jahad but when he is on screen I fear for people in TOG dude be flexin 💪🏽 ask... young Maschenny... ask Khel-Hellam nuff said...o yea did I mention Cosmos 😁
since phantaminum is an axis i think its safe to say hes stronger, but im really curious if enryu is stronger or not. Perhaps it's because the deal with the outside god is for bam to kill jahad but its also possible that enryu isn't stronger than jahad. I'm extremely curious how much bang jahad can control as well, I can just imagine enryu using his red spears and jahad using thousands of golden needles from mystery island to counter them. That would be an insane panel.
I learn new things about ToG every day, I figured that was probably the case but the idea of the two having a massive shinsu battle was too enticing lol
I miss Tower of God. When it's on long hiatus and I have break and distance from it, there is a lot, what's wrong with story telling and plot and so on, there's quiet a lot I am being pissed about, but seeing you and your dedication to ToG reminds me how I felt when reading it, especially before I cough up.
Jahad was the first one to climb but he wasn’t the first person in the tower, there were people living there far before he and the other 12 great families decided to climb
After seeing the symbol with the 3 dots and cross, maybe it's the complete key. The 13 month series combines to make one weapon (the cross looking thing) and the 2 rings are 2 of the dots. The 3rd might be a hidden key so no one could go up.
hmm i wonder if there is any relationship between the red horns on the Jahads and the thorn? maybe they are different pieces of an ancient reward from a guardian(administrator). idk if that's too far out to be reasonable.
I have a theory that V. is not Baam's father, but only took the role to himself because of Arlene. ToG is also heavily based on Christianism and we have already seen that Baam's been revived and has awakened after an unknown period of time. Arlene could have become pregnant just like Mary did, by this God of the Outside (and maybe Enryu gave her the news, who knows?) and V. would be somewhat of a Joseph who took Jesus (Baam) as his own son. And speaking of Enryu, I believe he's the one who may have created the likes of Hwa Ryun. (It is said that he can create life from shinsu). Her kind, the Red Witches, have a really special power: to be Guides. This kind of power looks like something so peculiar and eerie. It doesn't look like something someone from inside the Tower would have in the first place.
This story has the potential to be a long running legend like other manga like ONE PIECE… I really pray SIU stays healthy and keeps writing this story. It has so much potential and i honestly never want to see it end lol 🔥 💯
My theory on my Jahad stop climbing is because he found out or realised that reaching the top of the tower is nearly impossible and that hes had enough losing more of his companions but he still wants to know whats on top of the tower thats why he created the 13 month series and the rings for his sons and his princesses for them to collect and be strong enough to make jahads dream came true. What you guys think
I haven't kept up with new chapters for a long while, so I wonder if the first theory that came to my mind when reading about Jahad's attempt to prevent anyone from climbing the tower is still viable: Jahad sees a future that is so bad, he feels the need to avoid it from becoming a reality at all costs. This could be some kind of everyone dies scenario, or everyone ends up in some hellish distopia, or maybe it's more about the scale of it, maybe it affects not only the tower but the world outside of it as well. Anyhow, Jahad sees a future that can not be allowed to be realized, and from that moment on he changes because he now no longer shares a common goal with his companions, instead doing anything necessary to prevent a worst case hypothetical from unfolding. Probably this twist would be revealed after Baam&Friends crush his plans, at which point he is replaced as the primary antagonist by Headon or the will of the tower itself. Because in the end you need to explain why there exists this place where wishes are granted in the context of the greater universe, and the person who came closest to reaching that "grants any wish you could have" stage of the tower decided to forbid anyone else from reaching it. The methods to get people to climb the tower are ruthless and the whole ordeal innately promises chaos and misery for the people climbing and for all beings living inside the tower. And on the other side, anything Jahad has done is easily justified by "I could literally see hell approaching in our future and did everything I could to prevent it!"
Well jahad can be sort of a guide, the guide role is to tell a person which path to take and find things in the tower, Jahad can see the future so he knows which path to follow, but he cant find things
I read on the tower of god wiki that the tower itself is only one part of the the authors universe. And urik did state he wanted to leave the tower, saying its a whole new world

Hmm

I feel like the place Baam was sealed in is the place where the king of new conquer was buried. His symbol was most likely 3 dots and 3 eyes. And Jahad wanted to be a king like him and he used his symbol. The “rock” where Jahad’s symbol is located is too smooth to be one. In fact, it’s in a shape of a casket. And this is not even mentioning how there is a cross on it (symbolizes peace upon the dead). (TUS)
whos the king of new conquer? never heard that term in TOG. if it was said, i forgot.
@@gothxmshould be referring to the conqueror king, the 2nd most powerful axis user who died which eventually leads to the era where TUS starts

Theory: It was not Jahad that made the contracts with the administrators, but the administrators that gave contracts to Jahad to seal off the 135th floor. Since clearing that floor would mean the end of the tower as the purpose of the tower had been fulfilled, it is the administrators purpose to serve and protect the tower no matter what so it would be understandable why they'd do that.

jahad is in no way a saint, but the more we go deeper into the story, im feeling like he isnt as bad as arlene painted him to be. sure, his empire is corrupt, but look at FUG and even wolkhaiksong, they are all unafraid to murder relentlessly. baam and us are probably shaped to be anti-jahad, but if we looked at it from jahad's pov, he isnt nearly as bad as some of the people baam himself alligned with. i have a feeling arlene is the final boss and so is rachel, who will "guide" arlene, and they'll have an epic war with either jahad being the third party or jahad teaming with baam after everything gets straightened. arlene is in no way an ally for baam, im sure of it. she's really shady and so is headon. unfortunately, i cant say that karaka and wangnan will team up with baam if this happens. maybe that would be the point of the final betrayal in tower of god, unless karaka and wangnan finally get their "dad" time. i also think it would be too easy if baam had everyone in the tower and then there's just fug, so im thinking one of the irregulars will play into this and will also be an antagonist, enryu especially since he seems to know arlene and fug.
If you think Alene stands a chance against jahad then sorry buddy also I don't think murdering the child of someone who rejected you is good and also the whole princess of jahad stuff idk
@@user-ii4oi4pw3z you got a point

@@mohitkataria2408 bruh what? Jahad isn’t bad? Am I missing something
I can't wait for what's gonna happen after Zahard's macroplot. Since he's an adventure guy, he could accompany Baam in the upper floors.
These lore videos are always awesome.
That Jahad voice acting was on point, exactly what I imagined young Jahad would sound like.

I Read the comments down here and I was in shock
people here think that jahad turned into a monster because of Arlene's rejection . bruh , Arlene was the one who fought jahad first and wanted to take the key without even asking about the reason

Thank you.
I think alot of people are just memeng but I agree with you also it was mentioned that arlene could have returned to the 13 great families so that shows that there wasn't really bad blood between them before she started the war
Not gonna lie..I kindda get Rachel vibes from Arlene if we compare the family heads to the regulars..
Jahad: I'm God of this tower.
SIU: Don't make me come down there you punk.
Why do I have the feeling that Jahad was the good guy all along.
Same, then plot twist Arlene enters the tower again and becomes the final villain all along, I had a whole theory about this before.
Same. I just can't hate him I have this feeling that the story is made for us to think he is evil like his the good guy all along and he is the one being used
Believe me you're not alone.
I think he is preventing them from some unforeseen evil.
But I still dislike his character
The Idea of Arlene Grace, V, and Jahad as a love triangle is probably just falsehood, and the wisdom here is that no system is perfect and its mean to be overthrown... so Arlene and V volunteered to set off the next cycle to have Jahad defeated.. as to pave the way for the next level of the tower... just as they have done before to defeating the King of the power previously.
i think it was said that irregulars existed before jahad, but regulars were invented when jahad came. before that, only chosen people entered.
Wait weren't V and Arlen already married when Jahad proposed to her?
They were engaged when Jahad proposed to Arlene.
The 3 dislikes are Arlene, V and baam

By the way he isn't ranked 4, he's 3, Urek is 4.
Jahad is down bad. So sad after his crush rejected him.

What if Jahad did a swap and tricked Arlene into believing he butchered Bam? Throwing him out of the tower thinking he would never be able to enter the tower on his own. Keeping him as a bargaining chip to try to coerce Arlene into being with him using Bam as bait.
Yeah but bam was born 3000 years ago and if jahad throw him and did not killed bam ..then why bam looks like a kid?? Not growing up??
Jahad going evil was all part of Aizen's plan. 😂
I think you should make a video on Urek Mazino Vs Jahad
This video is just amazing! tower of god lore episodes.

since phantaminum is an axis i think its safe to say hes stronger, but im really curious if enryu is stronger or not. That would be an insane panel.
enryu killed an administrator, and siu stated that no matter what jahad does, he cannot beat an administrator. so enryu>jahad

Could Wangnan be the "Prince of Jahad/Zahard"? He really looks like Data Jahad (unmasked). Then his full name should be Ja Wangnan Jahad?
Who knows maybe the Ja in his name was actually Jahad. So it'd be like Wangnan Jahad
Do you even reads the webtoon?
The thorn was given by enryu
Does anyone have a link to that picture of Jahad and the 13 Great Warriors?

I haven't kept up with new chapters for a long while, so I wonder if the first theory that came to my mind when reading about Jahad's attempt to prevent anyone from climbing the tower is still viable:
Jahad sees a future that is so bad, he feels the need to avoid it from becoming a reality at all costs.
The cross symbol is in the wiki under the section of the ten great family heads
Jahad is a king but there are Gods in the tower above him that he is too scared to climb up.
Well jahad can be sort of a guide, the guide role is to tell a person which path to take and find things in the tower, Jahad can see the future so he knows which path to follow, but he cant find things
I think the next stage of the tower immediately makes you lose the immortality. Jahad lost the adventuring spirit in return for etarnal life
The Great War was 10k year in tog and thats when baam died.. The Genesis War was started soon after by Leslec to carry on for his Master V and arlen
I read on the tower of god wiki that the tower itself is only one part of the the authors universe. And urik did state he wanted to leave the tower, saying its a whole new world
Before jahad's appears in manhwa, I thought he was a huge beast. Lol
