Not as mysterious as phantominum. Lol. Dude just barged in Jahad's castle flexin' he can easily whoop his ass with his arms tied up then vanished just like that.🤷♂
Not so sure, it’s confirmed he will make his appearance either at the end of part3 or true beginning of part 4 with the reason being then and not now is because the power balance of where the story is now
Jinsung ha: did you ever hear the story of Enryu the red tower? Bam: No? Jinsung: I thought not, it's not a story the test administrators would tell you, it's a anti-Jahad legend. Enryu was so powerful he could manipulate the shinsu to breath life into the dead Bam: what happened to him? Jinsung: no one knows, after he slayed the guardian of the 43rd floor, he vanished Bam: is it possible to learn this power? Jinsung: Not from a ranker, and definitely not by getting hit with it
Enryu Hot? ✔️ Mysterious? ✔️ Powerful? ✔️ Does something no one had ever done? ✔️ Makes Bam super powerful? ✔️ That’s why I love him I learned that Enryu can control 9,000+ bangs today
fandom: please no I don't want to simp anymore SIU: haha gorgeous characters go brr In all seriousness, I am deeply confused about how this man/legend connects to the lore in a heavier way. I refuse to believe he only impacted the story at surface level- he must have made the Red Witches or traveled with the Great warriors. I have an earlier theory of him knowing the owner of the Workshop or being connected to Arlene, I could probably copy paste it here too ^^
Theory that has 0,00001% of being true, the thorns are actually living creatures created by enryu shinsou. Feasting on irregulars and collecting shinsu for something.
I think i figured out what the 3rd item was that the treasure eating stingray brought to the Gustang. I was re-reading Tower Of God and in season 2 ep 261(here's where we find out that Rachel's got that stingray), when Bam gets out of Rachel's room he found his cheek bleeding. That stingray took Bam's blood!
@@ayeshashasha0 Maybe he took it so he could inject it into rachel? You know, how like the princesses of Jahad get injections of Jahad's blood to make them more powerful? Maybe he would do that and get her a thorn fragment too, to make them stand on a more even playing field?
Bare with me for a second. Enryu knows Arlene Grace because in the Floor of Death, Enryu states that the 43rd floor, before he killed the administrator, was suppose to be "her sacred place." Something tells me that Enryu is connected to Arlene because he was sent as a prophet to deliver the thorn to Bam. However, since Jahad wanted to erase everything about Arlene from the tower, Enryu became enraged and fought back, drawing the attention of the the administrator, and then killing the administrator. It is possible for Enryu to create the red witches or guides but i have a crazier suggestion. What if Enryu was Arlene's guide? As we know, Guides are extremely useful due to the fact that they are able to see "Paths," they are extremely talented and dangerous. It is what make them a valuable asset to have. So what can we deduce from the Floor of Death. Enryu was to deliver the thorn to Bam, whenever he reaches the thorn, but Enryu leaves and say, in the process, leaves behind the red witches that he brought to life with his powers. Hwaryun says that Bam is her "God," long before we are even told about Enryu. However, as we continue to find out. Bam now has some of the powers that Enryu has. (Cat Tower, Season 3. read it there so there are no spoilers)If Enryu was Arlene's guide and he watched over the 43rd floor to save it for Arlene and/or Bam, Enryu has some sort of strong connection to Arlene that is not being told to us and it reminds me of how Hwaryun reacts around Bam, isolated but watches over him. Not to mention, there might be more to the 43rd floor. If it originally was a peaceful place that was considered sacred to "her," (I am going to assume it is Arlene for now, since it appeared in the same chapter. ) That means that before the administrator was killed, This was a peaceful floor that reminded Arlene of the outside of the tower. Again, this is also just a theory. Side note. We might meet Enryu in person later in the story. Season 1, Isu and Lero Ro mention Urek Mazino. We meet Urek Mazino in Season 2. We have a mention of Enryu in Season two as well, but since there is the beginning of a war in Season 3, it is possible to meet Enryu in person in season 3 if not in season 4. It is an old creators pattern in most fictional works. Introduce a unique character and then wait until the next season or for some time to pass before having them meet the main character(s).
Facts we know about Enryu: 1) Enryu is from outside the tower 2) Enryu can create life from shinsu 3) Enryu knows Arlene Grace and her story Theory: When Arlene found a way to go outside the tower, she met Enryu, and it was through Enryu's power that she was able to resurrect Bam?
The Outside God did resurrects Bam, u should reread the webtoon, Enryu is only his messenger despite being powerful that much. About Arlene, she only used special Spells to keep the body intact, then she gave his body to the Outside God.
I actually had a theory that jahad got jealous of enru's ability to creat life with shinsoo and actually figured out how and boom, you get karaka and maybe even wangnan... Obviously this is out there but with wangnans seeming immortality it makes me wonder
I think the main attraction of Enryu is that, he shows up out of nowhere (implied he entered the tower on the 43rd floor directly), kills the administrator & hundreds/thousands of jahad loyalists, drops the thorn & dips 😭
I read somewhere in the manhwa that refered Enryu as the Messenger of the Gods (?). So I guess thats the reason why he didnt kill Jahad because thats not his Destiny, he's just the messenger. If you can remember it right the tower only opens it doors(choose irregulars) to something that it needs stability, revolution, liberty and maybe that's just the purpose that the Tower assigned to him.
Is he like khel hellam? He's also about paths and destiny so i thought maybe red witches did really originate from him and hwaryun is sent from enryu to watch over bam and follow him to tye path he creates
Some things it might have been worth mentioning: 1. Enryu appears to have actually entered the Tower on the 43rd Floor unlike other Irregulars we know about who came in at the base of the Tower. 2.If Enryu can create life could he in fact have been the person who brought Baam's body back to life? 3. Is Akryung actually Enryu (or Phantaminum, or V...)? 4. Enryu's seeming correlation with 'The Messenger of God'' in Arlene's prophecy.
@@lolskds2205 Akryung is often translated as either 'Ghost' or 'Evil Spirit' -though sometimes he is just left as Akryung. He was the big guy on Rachel and Endorsi's team during the Crown Game in season 1.
@@sirperybLakeney yass , and he also appeared during the "Cage arc" and hit baam with Shinsu blackhole sphere , which led to the speculation that akryung is an irregular , as only irregulars can use or learn shinsu blackhole sphere , the Guardian of the hell train only teaches it to irregulars , thats why. People are also speculating that hes V , phantaminium or enryu. Although I noticed that akryung has black/dark brownish coloured hair so he's most likely not enryu (enryu has red eyes and hair). So he could be V or MAYBE PHANTAMINIUM or maybe ARLENE HERSELF 'CAUSE SHE GOT BROWN HAIR? Or maybe someone else.
Im the beggining of the story we got the information that Enryu can create life. Bam was killed by jahad and was sent out of the tower to be revived by a god. My theory is that Enryu gave him life again and that would also explain why he left the thorn for baam.
The third item is Urek's Anklet , you can clearly see it in the panel where Rachel and Yura Ha got teleported and just arrived at Gustang's castle . You have to zoom onto the Stingray and you can see there are three items, Bracelet ,Ring and Urek's Anklet.
Enryu is really a mysterious character. My headcanon about him now is that he IS the Thorn itself. My clues for that : - Enryu is Outside God's messenger, he brought the Thorn, a Godly weapon in the Tower. - Thing is, Enryu, in ch 321, never used any other ability than what the Thorn could do. Turning the shinsu red is something Baam could definitely do once he gathers all the fragments. He had mastery over shinsu which rivaled the Guardian, something the Thorn allows Baam to do. The matter of his spears of shinsu are just the manifestation of his bangs. - Enryu never manifested any other feeling than what is necessary to complete his mission. He is almost like a robot, or a weapon, in the way how he only delivered the thorn and no more, while he had the power to kill Zahard. You may ask : what about the person Enryu? If Enryu is the thorn, what about Gentleman Enryu? To that I answer : either the Thorn shapeshifted in Enryu's human form to accomplish its mission, or, his human appearance is the life he created as the thorn, and inhabited the time of his mission. If Enryu is the thorn, where is he now? Why didn't Baam find him in the thorn fragments? Simple, SIU told us we might see him in the future. What is going to happen in the future? Baam gathering the 4 Thorn fragments bringing the thorn to its complete state, to Enryu.
Ok I haven't touched tog for a long time but if I'm not wrong the prophecy goes something like an irregular is going to kill zahard and the weapon to kill him if going to be delivered by the messenger of God and that messenger being enryu. So my speculation is that enryu directly entered that floor killed the administrator dropped the weapon which is the thorn and left the tower.
3:05 To quote a comment on Reddit; Seriously though, considering Administrators are the grand moderators of the Floor's shinsoo, Enryu managing to kill one of them with a Shinsoo attack was the equivalent of slaying Mother Nature with the Power of Trees[TM] (Or Lady Britannia with Alcohol and Sarcasm)
The reason that there were fanatics in the floor of death because after Arlene left Zahad destroyed every sign of existence of Arlene and made it a place of worship for him which angered Enryu and led to the death of the administrator. Also, the title the red tower was given to him because the day he entered the shisoo of the tower turned red
I wonder why he left it up to Bam to defeat Jahad instead of just doing it himself🤔clearly he's strong enough to fight him. Maybe since he's the messenger of this God on the outside, his God could have given him a restriction to not kill Jahad
Only killing Jahad is not the solution . Tower is divided into lots of divisons and power someone should bring everyone in one democratic rule. Bam can do this but i think Wangnan Jaa should do this if Bam will do everything what others will do.
I'm 3 years late but, Enryu won't kill Jahad because the child of Arlene should avenge her. It's like Saitama not killing the deep sea king because Genos should do it.
I have a really "out there" theory about Enryu--I think he created the red witch guides. Reasons: 1) When That guy from the Grand family on the floor of death saw Enryu, his eyes gained the ability to see into the future, an ability he gave to Hockney when he gave Hockney his eyes. 2) Enryu can create life using shinsoo. Whether that means creating an entity from scratch and giving it life, like some sort of homunculus thing or reviving the dead, we do not know. 3) The red witches are, well, RED. Kind of a stretch I know, but they are. 4) They go against Jahad, which Enryu also does. I haven't fleshed this out enough to theorize whether they are Enryu's descendants or simply creations, but there it is, I said it. Am I off my rocker or nah?
@@nottry2683 He can. Jahad is only immortal against people who were born in the Tower. Hence, only an irregular can kill him. But Enryu is an irregular
@@_Lisa_Lisa_ It was never stated that he's only immortal to regulars. Correct me if I'm wrong though. But I believe even SIU comfirmed that while Enryu is definetily stronger than Zahard, he still can't kill him. Might need a bit of a reserach to prove the last sentence of mine. It was in one of his Q&A-s I think.
Here is my theory. I think the tower was created by some "higher power" and the guardians are also created by this "higher power." The owner of the tower had some sort of reason for creating the tower. For his purpose, he made it so that only certain beings from outside the tower were allowed to enter. I believe they all have to be "blessed by Shinshu" in order to enter. Enryu one of the chosen ones entered the tower and was able to climb higher than the 134th floor, but something happened to him and he had to descend and that's where he met Arlene who was running away from Jahad not aware of the situation and they got along. As he regained his strength in the shadows and after many years had passed he found out what had happened to Arlene and out of anger attacked the current floor of death. He left the thorn knowing that Bam would one day appear and left it for him as a gift or for some other reason. After that happened he later ascended the tower again to fulfill his goals again.
I feel like when garam told baam that arlen said "God's messenger shall place the red thorn in that child's hands and that child shall use the red thorn to to cut the throat of the greedy king," what ever "God" is on the outside of the tower sent enryu(the messenger) to deliver the thorn for baam to find. Season 2 ep 240 for the quote.
I would really hate this as an ending if this was true just because it would invalidate most of games growth Nice seeing a fellow member of the rob corps
enryu probaly just sitting in the middle of the floor of death waiting for jahad's arrival like thanos did to the avengers Cause he knows that the immortality contract doesn't work there
@@kennethlatorre5269 the thorn wasn't meant for Enryu to kill jahad it was meant for baam to do it enryu was just sending a message and the irregulars are basically immortal the irregulars "immortality spell" is set in place for regulars who think they stand a chance when they don't because regulars can't threaten the lives of irregulars
I think once Baam gets the last piece of the thorn he needs he will meet Enryu in some type of way. I feel like enryu and baam would have a similar mindset and work together to teach baam how to wield the power of the thorn and max out it’s true potential. I feel like SIU would make a whole arc around them training or you know how characters in TOG said that he would have to go through even more tragedies, maybe someone of importance dies and seeks out Enryu to train him because multiple times before baam has come short and is always seeking power to protect his friends. My theory has to be true to some extent
He is "exis" the one who completed one of the towers like the one we know. SIU deleted his past writings about the start of the universe and their laws with info about people called "exis" and the tower existence. The information I am talking about is from russian video about this topic, sorry I cant remember who the creator of that vid. However you can find it by yourself.
@Dr.bonehead Theory: David Hockney is Enryu My reasoning 1: he was a native on the floor of death 2: he has no memories of his past(a lot like bam) 3: his soul is in one of the thorn fragments 4: if you look closely he is quite handsome
Ooh yeah, it's the mysterious red boi Spoilers [Theory]: I have a very vague theory on him and his relationship with Arlene. Its a very far reach but I think maybe he played a role in bringing Bam back to life using his "abilities," leaving some sort of essence/remnants within him that allowed only Bam to be able to possess the Thorn unlike Karaka or any other person. Arlene and V climbed the Tower with many people back then (even including Edhan) so they *probably* climbed together with Enryu at some point and grew some sort of friendship. I probably got a lot of facts wrong or forgot some things, but great video :D
Enryuu entered the tower after Jahad became the ruler, so sadly, that could not have been the case, but it is possible if we just change that part to "they knew each other before they entered the tower", or even go as far as to think that Enryuu could be Arlene's son from the outer tower
Whenever I think about a guardian on each floor, these giant seemingly immortal monsters that are barely seen and who Jahaad made contracts with, I think that's pretty crazy. Reminds me of what the Lich King said, "Before there was time, before there was anything, there was nothing. And before there was nothing, there were monsters."
some rectifications/complementary stuff to what you said : -1 We have no proof that the thorn was created by killing the guardian or it was even "a part of Enryu power". -2 Actually, the Thorn could very well be an artefact used by Enryu and left after his fight for Bam to use. Its one of the possible explanation of the fact Bam could use Shinsoo against Hell Joe while Urek, a far far FAR stronger and experienced irregular, couldnt. The Thorn is often supposed to be a way to "cheat" the "priority" of control Admin have over Shinsoo. -3 There is another HUGE oddity to the character of Enryu. Most irregulars like Urek, Bam, the 12 FH and Jahad had been said to climb the tower (or being in process to), but it seems like Enryu didnt, since there is no record at all of what he did except killing the Admin. He just litteraly poped on the Floor of Death, did his business then vanished. Its actually possible he isnt in the Tower anymore.
He surely is, i personnaly made a distinction between irregular : Divine Irregular : teleport themselves anywhere in the tower without meeting Headon and climb the tower, they also surpasses Admin level which make you a godlike being above everyone. In this category we only have Phantaminum and Enryu. Normal Irregular : meets Headon, climb the tower like an irregular (doing administrator tests) or climb the tower like a regular (like Bam do with his normal regulars companions), they are also below Admin level (since Jahad and Family Heads got their contracts with admins) and submitted to them. In this category we have : Jahad V Arlene Urek Mazino Arie Hon Ari Han Khun Edahn Ha Yurin Eurasia Blossom Yeon Hana Tu Perie Tperie Poe Bidau Gustang Hendo Lok Bloodmadder Lo Po Bia Traumerei I can add a third category "bizarre irregular" Bam and Rachel could be in another category in their own since they are both really special. Macseth too he is very very special.
I thought I remembered reading that Enryu was just a messenger outside of the tower and said that one day a god will enter the tower and climb to the top to slay jahad or something, and that's why jahad was so afraid and tried to kill bam since he came from the outside. I may be wrong but that's what I remember 🤔
Enryu looks so cool and op I can only imagine how op he must be but to think that there's still someone who is stronger than him that's scary and absolutely awesome at the same time.
In the late story he'll show up after bamm gets all of the throne fragments he's going to train him and prepare him for the final battle against zahard
Enryu might be a reference to or at least inspired by the biblical story of Moses. Where Egypt went through the ten plagues as punishment for the pharaoh not releasing the israelites. One of the plagues was turning the water of the Nile river into blood. Which was meant to symbolize the blood of the slave babies the pharaoh had cast into the river. In terms of TOG, shinsu translates into “divine water”. So Enryu turning the tower red, which is filled with shinsu, is essentially turning water blood red. Enryu himself is even called “god’s messenger”. So if Baam was born on the floor of death as you said, and perhaps even murdered on said floor, Enryu could have been intentionally turning the floor red as a message to Jahad (who would be the pharaoh) as the one who had the blood of Arlene’s child on his hands.
I have been wondering if some how Arlene was able to meet Enryu outside the tower. Maybe she knew him before her team had entered the tower or just came across him. After telling him her story maybe she asked for his help in either bringing her child (Bam) back to life using shinsu or had him help her with a spell to bring Bam back to life at certain period of time. Maybe certain conditions had to be met for Bam to be revived. Possibly sealing dead baby Bam in the cave under the tower. Possibly so shinsu would work. I know it’s a theory that’s pretty out there.I definitely feel Enryu was related to either V or Arlene. Why was so angry at Jahad for desecrating the favorite floor of Arlene?
Here is a thought, Outside of the Tower, Arlen Grace was a princess. Maybe of some land that was in turmoil of some kind, be it war, end of days, famine, etc. So, the king decided to send her into the tower to achieve great power, salvation, etc upon reaching the top. He sends her and let’s say the young and powerful adventurers of his royal court or whatever to escort her. Let’s say Jahad was born of lesser stock than all the others but gained prominence because of his great power, etc. His ambition sees him wanting to marry Arlen not just because of her beauty but because that would then make him future king. However, his aspirations are shattered when he finds that Arlen has found love elsewhere. Despondent by his unrequited love, his pride quickly morphs it into rage, jealousy, and vindictiveness. So he decides to stay in the tower and form his own kingdom All the plots unfold as told as they are in the story. But these key details have been left out. Because the others of the 10 great families saw his rage and cruelty acted out on Arlen and her family...they decided to go along with him. This could possibly explain why Enryu calls him a false king. May also explain why Arlen was so determine to finish climbing the tower. And also explain how people exist outside the tower (at least some of them be remnants of the Grace kingdom). Furthermore, members of FUG and the 10 families who are in the know are sworn to secrecy, either due to outright fear or loss of hope. Though we know FUG uses the name Grace as a reminder (Arlen had to be pretty special if a group rebelled and uses her name to threaten the current hierarchy). Also Arlen having left the tower but descending into madness could explain why no one immediately came into the tower to get revenge on her (the kingdom’s) behalf. However, while wandering aimlessly and raving...she encounters her little brother (or someone high up to be that powerful) Enryu...she no longer recognizes him, only able to lament about her lost love and child at the hands of Jahad... hence Enryu goes apeshit.
I think it was also stated that a high ranker can control 40-60 bams where enryuu could control 9000, we see that red rain of bams killing zahards men.
Enryu can create life with shinsu. His shinsu's notable feature is its red color. If he were to make life, it would very likely have a strong red color scheme. Red Witches exist. Red Witches must take a pilgrimage to the Floor of Death, the place where Enryu left his mark on the Tower. Red Witches are, as far as we have seen, the guides of FUG. Red Witches are living beings with the ability to see fate / see the future. Future sight is an ability associated with Enryu, evidenced by Hockney's eyes. I dunno man. Enryu created the Red Witches, didn't he?
I personally believe that enryu went into hiding by erasing his memories and living under a new identity. While still having the instincts to guide bam to the thorn. I believe that it’s Hockney for 2 reasons. He has no memories of his childhood and was found alone I believe. And reason number two is his obsession with the paint of his soul, which looks like the thorn, and how that desire leads him to assist and follow bam. Cause I believe that there was a prophecy stated in that arc that enryu would assist bam in receiving the thorns or that he left them for bam
the way i see it Enryu knew Bam mother way before the entered the Tower and since the Tower has such a fuzzy sense of time entering a day later or more could be the same as 1000 years passing from the outside world. Enryu finds out what happened to Eriene and V as well as knowing the real history of Jahad and goes on a rampage... sets up Bam for the win and directs events so Bam can learn the truth of who he is and gain the power to make a choice not rule the tower... what Enryu didnt know was Bam would be able to host so many powers and end up being a kind of floor guardian which sets up Bam to becoming able to become the god of the tower since unlike the other floor guardians, Bam would be able to decide for himself what he desires to do while the tower and the guardians are controlled to desire the best for the tower which is why whenever the tower isnt moving forward it would invite an irregular into the tower to get it moving.... which is why when floor 1 guardian met Bam they knew about him since they saw Enryu put his unique power into Bam which allowed the tower to work in him to give Bam that power to can host all abilities and powers in the tower and with Bam being moved out the tower, when he returned he would be the irregular of all irregulars thus giving Bam the most unique power in the tower
Can you talk more about baam's healing powers (exoskeleton thingy). I feel like it's connected to Enryu and the thorn. Enryu was rumored to create life right. Remember the time when baam was badly injured due to King Jahad and the second thorn activated itself, maybe the healing powers of the first also activated sensing that baam was in danger. The first thorn was described as a hollow object right? Maybe that's why they needed baam as he is an irregular having an unlimited shinshoo and can feed the thorn so both of them can get stronger (SIU did say that the thorn's power isn't complete yet) and lastly maybe the thorn was broken into four pieces because baam might not be able to handle it . Anyway love your vids. Nice contents. 👍
Remember that time when the Thorn automatically generated a portal to bring Bam to somewhere safe and away from Jahad when Jahad was going to kill Bam after the battle with Data Jahad. I think Thorn has some consciousness and maybe it's Enryu, we don't know anything yet but we'll know as the story continues.
Can anyone tell me where I can read the blog posts from? I'm currently reading the story on webtoons and never see them. I would love to learn more about the lore from these notes!
Thank you for starting Lore vids. SIU coming back will make this all pay off in a year or so. The fan base is growing and anime fans like to watch vids lol.
I'm really curious as to how the ranking bureau go about their process since Pantominum is #1 just for slaughtering all the rankers and high rankers guarding Jahads palace while Enryu is #2 even though he killed a Guardian which even if Jahad and all of his armies attacked at once they wouldn't be able to accomplish. I mean sure we know Pantominum is an Axis and totally invincible but none of the residents of the tower how been shown to know that
Basically : He teleported himself in the 134th floor, was able to walk into the royal palace, exterminate many high rankers in front of the king of the tower himself, absolutely scare the administrator of the floor who just stands here doing nothing while the one on the 43th floor were confident to beat Enryu. Phantaminum maked both the king and the admin completely powerless. In the other hand : He teleported himself in the 43th floor, exterminate floor inhabitants, kill the admin who maybe underestimate him but was confident to beat him, Creates life with shinsu, and leave the Thorn before leaving himself.
I personnally would choose the 1st since he is way more mysterious and scarier imo, also the fact that Phantaminum is on Enryu's boss level, the Outside God is super scary too. Phantaminum alone brings Fear in the whole tower and gived birth to the word : Irregular. Enryu only bought Doubt in the tower showing that Admins were not invincible.
enryu is probably the coolest character in the series for example : he came into floor 43 massacared jahads people and decimated a immortal guardian with ease then just left
Ah, more lore analysis as we all patiently wait for the next episode. (It has now officially been four months; it hurts, the sadness, the anticipation, the longing.)
I feel like without the thorn which is the power of the administrator not enryu's power. Bam would just be an ordinary regular . Not irregular level powerful
More Lore, Joe please! It's the right way to discuss huge story of Tower of God! And also make some collaborations with other ToG youtubers (Inspirashamul for example) to discuss some plotpoints! And as a theme for the next video, it would be cool to make a video about Wangnan's and Baam's places in the story + Hwa Ryun. People theorize that Baam and Wangnan will end up figting each other in the Endgame and Hwa Ryun knows that. In the 2nd Season she put Wang on it's own "path"which lead to him obtaining that Sword and Baam took a different one. I believe Wangnan will become the King of the Tower becuase remember how Jahad said: "Erasing people close to you, and then killing a person you love the most and shining alone - that's what being a King means" (i don't remember the exact phrase) And this is exactly what's happening to Wangnan right now! Nia - died, Prince and Arkraptor - died, all his previous frieds are all dead. Wangnan is walking the path of the King!
How did enryu figure out what Jahad did to Alrenes floor if he wasn’t in the tower he literally waltzed his way into that floor does that mean he’s not bound by the laws of the tower to an even more significant degree then even the other irregulars?
With the tower of god, nobody is talking about the lore it has with the Bible and other spiritual texts. As a matter of fact all Siu is doing is telling the bible but from a different perspective. Which I love and rate him up there with Tolkien, Oda, and Martin. I've reached out to several youtubers to say I can help them with there lore video's because I've read so many books concerning spiritual aspects of his writing, but no one has contacted me yet. So in the future I'll start writing it down so people can see it. Then they can decide if they want to use it in any video
Madoraco's exchange with Po Bidau Gustang hinted that it was very likely Gustang who brought attention of the first thorn to FUG or somehow allowed them to take it and it being all a part of his plan.
And all of them came from outside.....Imagine what else lies outside the tower....maybe every being is an irregular outside and as powerful as enryu and urek.
My theory regarding Enryu is a bit not on the simple side. And for it to be true we must know all the facts first (and maybe people can add more to this). 1. Mirchea doesn't know Enryu, and Mirchea (leader of FUG) climbed the tower with Arlene and V. So Enryu wasn't present when those two(V and Arlene) were climbing. But he knew them, either before the two climbed the tower, or after they lost the war against Jahad. 2. Enryu talks about Arlene and points to the fact that on the floor of death Jahad's men desecrated Arlene's image. 3. Enryu calls Jahad as fake king. This implies that he knows about the key and that there wasn't ever meant to be a king in the Tower. He seems to know the Tower's true purpose. That the Tower must be climbed and up top you can become something else, but not remain in the tower as a king of it (Axis). 3. Enryu is an irregular - that doesn't mean he's 100% from outside the tower, it means he's just climbing the tower by forcing the `entrance` and not being chosen by Headon. 4. He knows the fate of Arlene and V. So he gathered information about them either climbing the tower, or being there(in the tower) but couldn't do anything about it. So the basis for my theory is the following: Enryu comes from the same place where Bam was before entering the tower. All the thorns seem to link with Bam, at least for the moment. So the thorns are traces of power left behind for Bam to use by Enryu. But Enryu knew some things about Jahad when he called him a fake king. These seem to me like Enryu knew all of the warriors of Jahad when they entered, and even knew them closely. He entered the Tower only after learning about the fate of Bam (Arlene gave Bam to the God outside the Tower in order to save his life). So my thoughts are the following: Enryu is a old friend of the Jahad group and after learning about Jahad's betrayal against the Tower's true purpose he comes to put Jahad in his place and return the Tower to it's true purpose. And I think Enryu killed the Floor Guardian after learning from it that the made that deal with Jahad - the request for immortality. And don't forget this God - is the God outside the Tower, it can be it's arhitect! And Arlene seems like she knows some things about him when entrusting Bam to him... And Enryu is his messenger.
would be nice to Enryu get back when baam is closer to jahad, well one of the main reasons is bc he is so OP that if get in the story now would like make it to easy, so I think if he has to appear and help baam in something its something like close to the top of the tower
Enryu making life with shinsu reminds me of Principal Yaga from JJK, and makes me wonder about if the workshop is studying how Enryu did it and used that knowledge to make new species (like the goblin White fights in Yasratchas tower)
Jahad "joined" forces with the guardians because he couldn't kill them, hence their inmortal pact and basically be inferior to them even though he wants to be the king of everything
Random theory perhaps V is Enryu based off the fact that both have connections to Baam and both have connections to Jahad and Arlene perhaps the name Enryu is a cover or nothing more than a nickname similar to Baam's nickname Jyu viole grace idk random theory.

This world is so well built. I love how there are so many generations of awesome characters that almost seem like living legends.
Facts we know about Enryu:
1) Enryu is from outside the tower
2) Enryu can create life from shinsu
3) Enryu knows Arlene Grace and her story
Theory: When Arlene found a way to go outside the tower, she met Enryu, and it was through Enryu's power that she was able to resurrect Bam?
The Outside God did resurrects Bam, u should reread the webtoon, Enryu is only his messenger despite being powerful that much.
About Arlene, she only used special Spells to keep the body intact, then she gave his body to the Outside God.
I feel like Jahad is more than what we think. Theres definitely going to be a MAJOR plot twist with Jahad and who he really is.
That's what I'd like to believe too.
Or why he locked the higher floors... maybe Bam shouldn't open them...
I swear in every manhwa there's always this one person who's really tall with red hair and red eyes
Some things it might have been worth mentioning:
Who’s Arkyung?

People are also speculating that hes V , phantaminium or enryu. Although I noticed that akryung has black/dark brownish coloured hair so he's most likely not enryu (enryu has red eyes and hair).

@@amanpreetsingh7449 Last chapter of S2
Enryu is really a mysterious character.
My headcanon about him now is that he IS the Thorn itself.
My clues for that :
- Enryu is Outside God's messenger, he brought the Thorn, a Godly weapon in the Tower.
Btw baam could always control shinsuu without thorn

*Enryu enters the chat*
Every time I look at Enryu, I can’t help but think Enryu is an enraged version of V.
Bam is the only one who can defeat Jahad cuz he's the child of prodigy
Or maybe he is here curse and devour tower he will actually defeat Jahad but his destiny is not to kill him
I'm 3 years late but, Enryu won't kill Jahad because the child of Arlene should avenge her.
The real question remains: why didn't Enryu kill Jahad?
Because he can't. As of now, Zahard is immortal. And Enryu is only the messenger, who brings the thorn.
@@nottry2683 He can. Jahad is only immortal against people who were born in the Tower. Hence, only an irregular can kill him. But Enryu is an irregular
@@_Lisa_Lisa_ he can but i think it’s not his fate to kill jahad ( since it’s baam) and there’s a bunch of stuff like fate and shit in the story
@@-flawless- I agree, I came to the same conclusion and that's the only one I could find. I also think it has to do with Arlene's prophecy
Plot twist, Enryu is Bam. his disappearance was actually him losing his memory and powers and becoming Bam.

enryu appeared like once (maybe a few more idk) in the webtoon but i already love him
I think once Baam gets the last piece of the thorn he needs he will meet Enryu in some type of way.
Next Lore is Phantaminum aka the almighty god "Parasol/paracule"
He is "exis" the one who completed one of the towers like the one we know. SIU deleted his past writings about the start of the universe and their laws with info about people called "exis" and the tower existence. @Dr.bonehead Theory: David Hockney is Enryu
My reasoning 1: he was a native on the floor of death
2: he has no memories of his past(a lot like bam)
3: his soul is in one of the thorn fragments
4: if you look closely he is quite handsome
The fourth one is so true, they be looking fine 👏✨
Ooh yeah, it's the mysterious red boi
Spoilers [Theory]:
I have a very vague theory on him and his relationship with Arlene.
That is a very good idea👌🏽
Yeah I can definitely see that being possible
If Enryu is with them, Mirchea should've known him.
Enryuu entered the tower after Jahad became the ruler, so sadly, that could not have been the case, but it is possible if we just change that part to "they knew each other before they entered the tower", or even go as far as to think that Enryuu could be Arlene's son from the outer tower
i think that could be possible cos in the hidden floor arc didn't bam turn his orb red? (it could be the thorn tho)

When you realise that enryu can kill jahad and end the story but he ain't cus that isn't his job. 🐐
some rectifications/complementary stuff to what you said :
-1 We have no proof that the thorn was created by killing the guardian or it was even "a part of Enryu power".
He surely is, i personnaly made a distinction between irregular :
Divine Irregular : teleport themselves anywhere in the tower without meeting Headon and climb the tower, they also surpasses Admin level which make you a godlike being above everyone.
In this category we have :
Jahad
V
Arlene
Urek Mazino
Arie Hon
Ari Han
Khun Edahn
Ha Yurin
Eurasia Blossom
Yeon Hana
Tu Perie Tperie
Poe Bidau Gustang
Hendo Lok Bloodmadder
Lo Po Bia Traumerei
I can add a third category "bizarre irregular"

I'm still figuring out what's his relationship with the red witches
I hope Enryu come to story to teach bam on how to use or master the Thorn to it's fullest potential to kill the foolish king Jahad.
I thought I remembered reading that Enryu was just a messenger outside of the tower and said that one day a god will enter the tower and climb to the top to slay jahad or something, and that's why jahad was so afraid and tried to kill bam since he came from the outside. I may be wrong but that's what I remember 🤔
2023 and still no sign of Enryu
Imagine if Bam becomes a monster strong enough to take down a guardian
Here is a thought,
Outside of the Tower, Arlen Grace was a princess.
Woah dude,
I know it's late but that's pretty solid case if it were true
Or it could be hockney is the one life Enryu Created. To help bam
the way i see it Enryu knew Bam mother way before the entered the Tower and since the Tower has such a fuzzy sense of time entering a day later or more could be the same as 1000 years passing from the outside world.
"He's able to control 9..."
Me: oh ok i thought it was more than that tbh-
"...Thousand."
Me: .......... *chokes*
I read that a long time ago SIU mentioned on a post saying that Enryu is a Super Munchkin and he will show up later in the story. Fingers crossed lol

Guardian of the floor of death: stop you’re destroying my floor.
Enryu: Nuh uh ( red rain intensifys )
I'm really curious as to how the ranking bureau go about their process since Pantominum is #1 just for slaughtering all the rankers and high rankers guarding Jahads palace while Enryu is #2 even though he killed a Guardian which even if Jahad and all of his armies attacked at once they wouldn't be able to accomplish. I mean sure we know Pantominum is an Axis and totally invincible but none of the residents of the tower how been shown to know that
Basically :
He teleported himself in the 134th floor, was able to walk into the royal palace, exterminate many high rankers in front of the king of the tower himself, absolutely scare the administrator of the floor who just stands here doing nothing while the one on the 43th floor were confident to beat Enryu.
Phantaminum maked both the king and the admin completely powerless.
In the other hand :
He teleported himself in the 43th floor, exterminate floor inhabitants, kill the admin who maybe underestimate him but was confident to beat him,
Creates life with shinsu, and leave the Thorn before leaving himself.
I personnally would choose the 1st since he is way more mysterious and scarier imo, also the fact that Phantaminum is on Enryu's boss level, the Outside God is super scary too.
Phantaminum alone brings Fear in the whole tower and gived birth to the word : Irregular.
Enryu only bought Doubt in the tower showing that Admins were not invincible.
enryu is probably the coolest character in the series
for example : he came into floor 43 massacared jahads people and decimated a immortal guardian with ease
then just left
This guy is very underrated he deserves more sub
My favourite is Urek. but seriously looking forward to see Enryu cause he's already my in top favourites without even appearing in the story.
Ah, more lore analysis as we all patiently wait for the next episode. (It has now officially been four months; it hurts, the sadness, the anticipation, the longing.)
i feel like the thorn is the "Life" that he is able to create wit his shinsu
That Enryu panel where he is looking down on the floor is the best drawn page in TOG
I feel like without the thorn which is the power of the administrator not enryu's power. Bam would just be an ordinary regular . Not irregular level powerful
Ehhhhh naaaw he was still very insane
More Lore, Joe please! It's the right way to discuss huge story of Tower of God! And also make some collaborations with other ToG youtubers (Inspirashamul for example) to discuss some plotpoints!
And as a theme for the next video, it would be cool to make a video about Wangnan's and Baam's places in the story + Hwa Ryun. People theorize that Baam and Wangnan will end up figting each other in the Endgame and Hwa Ryun knows that. In the 2nd Season she put Wang on it's own "path"which lead to him obtaining that Sword and Baam took a different one.
I believe Wangnan will become the King of the Tower becuase remember how Jahad said: "Erasing people close to you, and then killing a person you love the most and shining alone - that's what being a King means" (i don't remember the exact phrase)
And this is exactly what's happening to Wangnan right now! Nia - died, Prince and Arkraptor - died, all his previous frieds are all dead. Wangnan is walking the path of the King!
Loved this, a video on Fug as an organization world be cool.
Didn't people get foresight abilities just by looking at him?
Yep bro is op
Madoraco's exchange with Po Bidau Gustang hinted that it was very likely Gustang who brought attention of the first thorn to FUG or somehow allowed them to take it and it being all a part of his plan.
Gustang knows everything for sure. He probably knows where Enryu is hiding and what Bam's true purpose is
What if: Enryu is Bam from the future from an alternative timeline. Or he could be a “King” from another tower 😮
You should make more videos like this one love it
He does mate.
He done a lot of it.. Check the other previous videos, months ago..
Random theory perhaps V is Enryu based off the fact that both have connections to Baam and both have connections to Jahad and Arlene perhaps the name Enryu is a cover or nothing more than a nickname similar to Baam's nickname Jyu viole grace idk random theory.
I love this man, keep it up
