This is terrific. The process was explained so well. I have only recently learnt about how it's the nervous system getting dysregulated, like you spoke of here, such an important aspect to differentiate between the psychological aspect of healing. It seems to me it's the nervous system automatic reaction that keeps the (unwanted) behaviour in place. You've outlined some doable exercises to start making some healing inroads on the dysregulated behaviours. Thank you ❤
