Guess I lucked out with my GSD...she is a super calm family dog. She goes on walks with my baby and I everyday and is perfectly content with that. She is well mannered and doesn't get in trouble. She's 5.

That's a working line GSD. There are also showline GSDs which can be more suitable for families.

Listen to him and he is a PRO ... you are not. I took 3 of my own dogs through CGC certification and knew the top trainers in the state capital city. Do you? We go to a doctor fro a painful organ and do what he tells us. Do the same for a dog... you will own it for 12-15 years.
