The 747B IGA is taking off from rwy 28 which means the plane was very light. Probably going to Geneva and then continuing on to North America. Most of SR intercontinental routes had a stop over in Geneva back then.

Beautiful nostalgia. I love to see Kuwaiti 707's as a flew on a few of them in the 1970's.

Great video! Unfortunately, I was too young when Swissair was flying. I would have liked to see Swissair fly.
P.s. I have the 747 and the DC-10 as collector models in 1/500 scale.

Are you sure about the year ? I tought Swissair changed it's old liveries to the "brownies" circa 80-81 at the time of DC9-80 series introduction

There is no Kuwait Caravelle in the film, only a Kuweit B707.
