bosch laser level painters friend

Hello welcome to the channel, my name is Brian and todays video is just one of the many ways that i will show you how to use the bosch laser level (GLL3-300). what we are doing is placing some painters tape on the wall to help keep a straight line so we can paint 2 different color(one on top and one on bottom) so we can put up a chair rail in the future. As an alternative to the expensive blue tape, you could also chalk a line. Either way works.

Not sure why you lined the laser in the middle of the painters tape. Surely the edge of the tape makes a straighter line?
