Man! Thank you for the good details on it! I missed a lot with my learning. Compression and threshold is super cool feature! I really love to hear you.

excellent as always. my favorite thing to do with the delay+ is drop a filter in the feedback effects and modulate the freq/res with the steps modulator

Thank you. Very good explanation of Delay+. I gave me an opportunity to explore it and find out Delay+ and; I will just point out one thing you have missed to tell. The icon under the Feedback knob is "clickable" and it provides "crossfeed stereo" feedback. Thanks

Bitwig (for me). What's the thing(s) that keep you from making the decision one way or the other?

Good delay except bitwig in a classic manner manage to f up mix knob. Who da pheck thought it is a good idea to lower the volume of original signal when mix knob turned up 🤦‍♂️. Only can be used in device container with tool next to it. But as I said bitwig like to give us something crippled and we have to come up with crutches ourselves… it’s good that selection of crutches available inside the daw. Except for eq+. This f up ain’t going to help even lobotomy…

Yea, I just checked and the mix on delay+ does lower the volume of the dry signal. But then why does it even matter? You can just turn the fader up a little if you really need to. For myself I use it mostly just as a send anyways so that doesn't bother me at all. The loss of volume is so insignificant idk why you are so mad about that. It's definitely a great and useable delay effect and the fact that this "issue" exist shouldn't keep anyone from using it imo.
Same with eq+, yes the 4 samples uncompensated latency is annoying when you wanna use it in parallel, but other than that it's quite the handy eq device. It's my go to eq for sure. Knowing about the issue is half the game so when you need to use it in circumstances that it acutually is an issue, you can work around it or use something else. But for 95% of the time these devices are my first choice now.

Err... How would that supposed to work if it didn't lower the dry signal? How would you be able to use it as a send FX for example?

@@Artek604 Maybe it does lower a little bit, but it doesn't kill it. You can use it as a send FX with no issues, just give it a try

@@Artek604 same way you use any send fx. Create an FX send track in the MIx window and put Delay+ on it. Then turn up the send to that track from the track you want to apply the FX. Make sure Delay+ is set to 100% wet on the send channel
