@@angelotartaglione3901 I zercher everything I can and I have a 100lb regular sandbag from Rogue as well as a 150lb Cyclone Sandbag from Rogue (built specifically for walking front carries but I still use it for ground to shoulder reps as well) and sandbags are great for combining grappling strength & cardio. I feel a lot stronger on the mat doing strongman movements. Found a strongman named Brian Alsruhe back in 2018 and it really helped my wrestling
How would defend from throws/trips/leg attacks from over under positions ? Also I am curious wouldnt it easy for someone to shoot in the under over position and the defending wrestler could lat drop them ?
@@Hi-hp2fs depends on how much forward pressure the shooting wrestler is still applying after being pulled up into hooks. It’s a risky move to attempt in general and most wrestlers don’t practice it enough to hit it just because they’re in the over/under so they typically don’t force the technique
Thank you for your work and Happy 🎉New Year
happy new year. when is the duck under and bottom course coming out? also you think you can make more jiu jitsu videos?
@@jm0ny should be coming out this month. I haven’t been watching much grappling since it’s wrestling season
What’s good coach. What exercises do you think wrestlers need to hit in the gym?
Weighted chin-ups and explosive pull-ups are always must-do's for me
@ thanks 👍
