So what about BABA? On the one hand he says he does not want to discuss current positions on the other hand he has praised BABA for more than half a year now. Obviously people want to know why the position was massively reduced.

I believe you said in earlier videos you sold IEX before the run up. Also additionally latest quarterly shareholding pattern doesn’t show Pabrai Investments. Did your fund reduce holding below 1% in IEX?
As per my understanding, sometimes big people dont work alone they work with group of people. I think this can be the reason the share price is surged 3x in a year.

I have one small doubt, inspite of the fact that Mr pabrai is not comfortable investing in in banks, nbfcs and financial institutions, why such a huge bet on edelweiss finance in india, worth giving a thought for cloning.

I'm not pabrai, obviously. But the main advice I'd give is to watch the ramsey show. Then, if you're financially healthy, investment advice becomes relevant.

One point I would disagree with Monish is on having debt on depreciating assets. I agree on everything else, margin debt stupid, options trading is dangerous
