- We have now conquered Alola! Sorry again for the mic changes every now and again. I was using the same mic but recording different segments at different times, and you can tell. I'll try to have that fixed by the next video.

Totally Agree that Alola has too long of a tutorial in the beginning, and that its actually pretty fun. Loved the video and cant wait for the next one.
Alola was slower paced but was enjoyable. Your art style keeps improving in every video you do. Getting closer to the end of the main series games now and can't wait to see how sword and shield go for you.
I hope she covers some side games. Be fun to see Ranger and Mystery Dungeon.

ranger i agree with, but the main characters of mystery dungeon games are pokemon and i dont think theres champions and that doesnt really make sense for the plot of this series@@BJGvideos

Moon is the one pokemon game I've never been able to replay, because of its extremely long start. It's torture for my ADHD brain. I remember loving the second half of Moon, but whenever I try to replay it I just get so bored by the game's first half that I never continue beyond that.
I tend to zone out at times so I don't remember things taking too long I also don't pay too much attention either.
That sounds so cool to use a Bagon in the playthrough. Bro put in the work 😎
i think the cousin thing is cause alola is based on Hawaii and if youve seen the lilo and stitch movies, youde know that "everybody calls each other cousins"

I really do love Alola. Yes it has it's flaws just like any other Pokemon games also do but just the themes, the music, the slow and sleepy feel nevermind all the honestly really quite good Pokemon designs always get me happy. The entire game just has a sort of cute and happy feel to it. Also Team Skull best villan team no debate

Alola is my favorite region I’m so happy the video is out!
My biggest problem with the Sun/Moon games wasn’t the cut scenes or tutorial, but the fact that some of the best Z crystals like the Ice Z crystal weren’t available until late game. It would have been nice not to wait so long to get all the Z crystals.

Also are you going to play SV's DLC2 when it releases? Only 3 (or 2) days are left until it releases.
Also the Flying type crystal can be found in Ten Carat hill, and you can also meet Kahili there even if you haven't beaten her yet iirc.

I've only started watching this series for a bit, but I'm already loving it! I just love the animation style 'cause it's so CUTE!! By far my favorite part has to be your character's reactions to certain things such as in Unova with the heart eyes and cat mouth upon seeing the Marreep at the ranch. Absolutely adorable. I hope this series continues with each games, but also the DLC for Sword and Shield and Scarlet and Violet. In other words, just continue doing what you love doing.
So question Chess: Since I've recently seen rumors of gen 10 spreading about, plus with legend ZA being a thing too, me and possibly many others are wondering, since you told me you might do Arceus, if gen 10 is confirmed to be real and/or ZA comes out during your challenge, do you plan on playing them for the challenge?
I’ve been looking forward to this video since this is one of my favorite regions and it was such a fun watch. Makes me want to play moon all over again.
The reason why she went to Kanto was so her mom can go to bill because of the after affects of being fused with Nihilego. And because of Bill being fused with a pokemon once, hes kind of the expert in the after effects.

Imagine my surprise when I first played moon and met Olivia! I wanted to end her! There shall only be one Olivia! I couldn't wait to fight her and kick her butt. So when I did I reveled in it as the superior Olivia.
Oh, the extinct concept of midnight releases...
Lusamine was working with Skull because she recognized how strong Guzma is...and how easy he would be to manipulate. She's got him utterly under her control. Heck, that part with the wormhole--they weren't sucked in, she went in of her own volition and just *told* him to follow and he did because he's desperate for approval and recognition (and possibly milfs but that aspect is unclear given the rating).
BOY am I glad that SV lets you evolve Chargabug with just a stone. Gracious me, saving the *regional bug* evolution for the final area was A Choice all right.
I feel like all these magic flutes just tell you how to play them. That, the Azure Flute, the Time Flute from Orre, etc.
The battle isn't what unfused Lusamine, it was that she tried to attack Lillie after losing so Nebby defended her. It was Nebby's attack that unfused her. Also goodness I wish we could have fought Lusamine herself.
The animation of Salamence repeatedly using Dragon Claw is hilarious!
I've seen other people have trouble with Hau's Komala. When Team Fourstar did a nuzlocke of this game, it killed one of their strongest party members (if I remember right it was a oneshot). Remember, Larry is also packing a Komala, so it must be doing something right.
I think Dhelmise is like "helm" and "demise" so del-mise. Also look up how MASSIVE that thing is!
Kahili was referenced in the original demo, though she wasn't seen. Someone says she's "out to take over the world" or something so yeah I was expecting her to be a villain, but no just the golf world. Which I guess could still be pretty villainous depending on how you do it.
"Cousin" is just a term of affection like "bro". Oh but about the family Kukui *does* have, Burnet is a gen five character! Looking at her original design is hilarious, especially after gen 9 because she dresses like a genderswapped Turo (or...he dressed like a genderswapped Burnet, technically). Not sure why a scientist who *isn't* an oceanologist needs to wear a wetsuit but hey.
Lillie went to Kanto to get treatment for her mother, since Bill had also once fused with a pokemon and thus had made advancements in studying it. And also to be a trainer herself, since her mother's therapy is going to take a very long time.
I love this series so much!

And I agree with your views on the region, yes the tutorials and cutscenes take to long, but Alola is such a nice, cozy place that I still had a great time there, especially since I hadn´t any opportunity to go on vacation the year I played moon^^

Oh dear Arceus! This was such an amazing video! I loved the way you told this story, Sun and moon (and US/UM) have such a big amount of cutscenes and got a kinda low pace, but yet you made this seem so less boring, you got a very good storytelling! The animations are so good in this videos too, you've improved quite a lot since your firsts videos; by the way, the Salamence vs Lycanrock animation was so awesome congrats on that!

Thank you for playing pokemon moon. Even though I played pokemon sun the Alolan region hold a special place in my heart with its characters and pokemon. This region is relaxing and very light hearted just like a cartoon. I'm really looking forward to your future adventures and pokemon you will catch on your pokemon journey.
Lighthearted? That's funny, I tend to think this game has one of the darker storylines.

The game have darker themes such as Lusamine in the Pokemon games where she's manipulative towards her children and never show any love towards them. there's also Mimikyu's Dex entry as well but I like to think more on the anime than the game when I talk about pokemon sun and moon. The anime is the reason why I like the game version more despite it changes such as Lusamine's relationship with Lillie in the anime, being more mother like? The anime hold a special place in my heart and without the anime I think I like the game less I will still call it my favorite region without knowing the anime but the anime helps expand the region making more fun and amazing.
