6.0 Powerstroke Running Rough

FICM tested good. ~48.2 volts before and after cranking. Injectors? A couple were just replaced last year.. insisted that they replace all of them, but Ford wouldn't allow it. Seems like once one or two go.. they all follow soon after! Oh and sorry for the shakey hands :/

I run the Diesel Kleen fuel additive from time to time, the grey bottle. Switched over to Rotella T6 5w 40 on the last oil change and boy does the truck LOVE it.
