6.0 Power Stroke cold start
This is a better video guys (a little better). 190/100 Warren Diesel injectors and stock turbo still. Fuel pulled out of Extreme Street tune for better street manners.

FICM tested good. ~48.2 volts before and after cranking. Injectors? A couple were just replaced last year.. insisted that they replace all of them, but Ford wouldn't allow it. Seems like once one or two go.. they all follow soon after! Oh and sorry for the shakey hands :/

Well, if you do much over a tune on any engine, youre gonna have to do head studs, gaskets etc... That's one disadvantage to the dodge is you have to upgrade the trans. But as far as getting power outta the motor, the common rail fuel system on the cummins makes it so much easier. If only Powerstroke would have used common rail... Lol

too bad doing shit like that ruins the truck. 10,000 miles is about all it's good for after you start using "race" tune. these trucks could last forever if dipshits wouldn't ruin them. that's also why diesels are twice the price as gas trucks, can't find one that hasn't been ragged out

Matthew Bell NO haha are you joking? Even running it like that once is going to reduce the life of that engine. Trust me, i didn't get my 6.0 to 780k on "race" tune. its called using the truck like its supposed to be used. For work. Moron.
With the right set up, and tune a diesel can last. And unless you want to be going 40 mph up a hill with a real big load you're gonna have to have some extra horsepower. MORON.

+Full Metal jacket 88 a few yrs ago i bought an"01 7.3 f350 with around 45k miles the thing was pretty much brand new and run great when i first got it. i had the bright idea of buying a turner and having it adjusted on the dyno. biggest mistake you can make. if the truck were made to take the added power, Ford would of done it at the factory. i never even ran it on the "race" setting. i kept it on the economy tune. the damn thing only made it to 68k miles before the trans had to be rebuilt.
I have an 05 6.0 and I got 241k no probs with mine. I have an egr delete, stage 2 afe intake 5 inch exhaust boost fooler and whicked wheel in factory turbo like 40 lbs of boost, silencer removed, and a bullydog power pup 3 stage. Love my 6.0 your sounds good man.

Hell, its a love hate relationship that we have with 6.0's. There's definitely nothing quite like the power of these things tuned correctly but the repair bills absolutely SUCK!! Im $17K in on mine...hate it!...but don't have the heart or brains to sell it!

Yeah we got a 03 6.0. My cousin set it up. He's a professional. We did a boosted launch the other day and laid rubber bout 300 foot. Literally. And it's a duely! They're very powerful motors

If it was a duramax all the injectors would be finished and front axles would be done, And if it was a cummins the trans would be gone and snap a rear axle.
Nick A lol 1st of all, Cummins transmissions aren't that bad, and the rear ends aren't bad, better than the rear ends on a Chevy if you ask me. Most of the time shit breaks is because of dipshits running high HP tunes doing burnouts and 4wd launches all the time. and that Cummins engine will outlast that junk ass 6.leaker and out pull it any day of the week. have fun popping heads. And the only model duramax that had the injector issues was the lb7, after that it was just common front end and the occasional bottom end shitting out because of cracked pistons or snapped rods, and sometimes a snapped crankshaft. And yeah, Chevys/GMCs have weak front ends. But like I previously said, if you take care of your shit or properly build and tune it. It won't break. I take it your the type of idiot who treats there truck/car like shit. then when something breaks you blame the manufacturer or whoever made the damn thing. Maybe learn a fucking thing or 2 before you talk shit, and so can the other 9 fucking idiots who liked your dumbass comment. P.S. don't come back with the whole "But Ford sells the most" because that doesn't mean shit. only reason they sell a lot is because people are tricked into buy the same garbage one year after another. That's like saying McDonald's has the best food because it's rated the best fast food restaurant. Or like saying Walmart has the best groceries because it's rated one of the best stores to shop at.

turbosaleen347 i know your comment is a year old but i agree. my 04 has 175000 miles. all stock with cat and muffler delete. stock egr, gaskets, oil cooler ect.
