- Happy New Year, guys!! 🎉 In today's video, I talk about what's been going on with us, why I was absent for a couple of months, and I flip through the pocket traveler's notebook insert that I made for our October 2019 journal. With everything that has happened with Wilbur, I just want to wish all of your pets well and hope they're all happy and healthy!

I am a Fur mama as well, I can understand how you feel when they get sick. Honestly, they just have some magic in them that make you feel better. They have this so called "INTUITION". The spread is very is very beautiful and uncluttered. Hope you do this more
Oh, Humble! I was ready to say good-bye to the 2010s, and like you, I was sooo ready to say hello to a new decade!! I hope the New Year (and life) will be kind to you and Wilbur. We don't have kids; so Bruce is my fur baby as well as Bert my red slider turtle. They all say hi (except for Bert, he wants to eat or sleep) and big virtual hugs to you, too!! ❤️🐕🐢😃
Oh so glad Wilbur is feeling better! When our fur babies are sick I think it is so much more scary because they cannot tell us what hurts and how they feel. Give him a hug for me. Happy New Year!
Thank you so much, Marcy! 💗🙏🏼 You are so right -- I have felt so much fear and anxiety these past couple of months...I just wish I could magically take any and all pain away so that Wilbur never has to hurt. ❤️ I am beyond grateful for our vet who cares so much about him and has given me a lot of hope with the help she's given him. I always look forward to your vids! It is so amusing how you create so much enthusiasm for planners! I really got into Hobonichi in large part due you. I love that you are transparent with your emotions, too. One thing that has really helped me as a pet parent who has lost some truly beloved pets is to focus on spirituality. Spirit never dies. Spirit is immortal. This has helped me soooo much. Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth” talks about not labeling our experiences as good or bad. I hope you will read or listen to this book sometime. My partner and I have listened to this book several times a week as we go about mundane chores or while walking. Learn something new every time! I have a cat who is very old now and I am trying to prepare myself. I have anxiety and depression issues and planning, planners and become more spiritually literate has truly helped me. Thank you for being so kind hearted and creative! Your sweet energy is appreciated in this world!
So happy to see you again and so upset to hear about Wilbur! He will be in my thoughts and prayers! Also, I was so blown away by that stencil I had to jump out of the video to check Etsy and the Hobonichi site and it is not there:( amazing stencil!! Love this little book you made so much! How inventive what you did and how you incorporated the envelope into your book! Great idea as I have a friend who does AMAZING envelopes and I’ve been trying to figure out how to incorporate them into my journaling! I have a large junk journal that will fit the envelopes and I will use some of your layering techniques to preserve these wonderful envelopes that are actually art! Christmas was awesome! All four pups got treats and toys! My Roxie doesn’t really know how to play but she’s been trying! Ha ha ha!! Hope all goes well with Wilbur!! Roxie has a lump too so I know how that feels to be so scared and worried for your baby! Luckily Roxie’s lump is benign and she’s still my happy, healthy old girl. She’ll be 12 in May! Barley will be 14 in October and Zelda will be 5 in May and Gracie will be 7 in September! Hope you had a happy new year and I look so forward to more of your videos in the future! They truly brighten my days;)
I’m so sorry about your baby. I have 4 of them. All rescued. One large, one medium and two small ones. My husband saids that I would give him up before I would give up my dogs and he’s right. I can’t even think about them hurting and I start crying. I’m glad he’s better and we’re glad you’re back. Love your videos, you’re so talented.

I’m glad you caught Wilbur’s infection and he is getting treatment and getting better and better. Your October journal is lovely. I will have to look up how to make die-cuts. I have no idea. Also, glad your dad is back home and doing better. I hope you all have not more unfortunate surprises. I wish you a happy and prosperous New Year!!
I’m sending lots of positive thoughts your way for Wilbur to make a full recovery. It’s so horrible a feeling when our fur babies are sick. We lost our little Sophie unexpectedly in September and when they get sick it’s so hard to watch and feel so helpless. Good bye 2019, 2020 will hopefully be better for us all. 🐶❤️

Oh, Chan, sending hugs and prayers that Wilbur is back to himself soon! I'm so sorry you guys had to go through this. Our German Shepherd, Rose, who was 13 years old, crossed the rainbow bridge in October, and it still hurts. Someday we'll get a new dog, but right now it's hard to think about "replacing" her. Thanks for another great video! I truly love the way you journal and I wish I could be creative like you! Again, prayers coming your way for Wilbur and your dad!! So nice to see your vids again. 2019 has been a tough year for my dog and family as well. It's been one health issue after another with him, at one point we feared we would lose him but he has improved alot. I pray that Wilbur and my dog will make a full recover and live long health lives by our side.

I can imagine the worry you went through. My beloved Bailey, a chihuahua/ Pomeranian mix is turning eleven this March and was diagnosed with heart failure. His heart has enlarged which is unfortunately something chihuahuas suffer due to breeding practices. I am heartbroken, but determined to enjoy every moment with him and keep him happy and comfortable. He is officially my son’s, bit from a puppy, he got attached to me and is my best pal.
I am glad Wilbur is doing better and wish you a very happy year and many many great years with Wilbur. May all you fondest dreams come true. 🥰🎉

Hi Chan, Jess here, it’s so good to see you back! Actually I was walking Milly this afternoon and thought of you. I was thinking how you would probably love to see how happy she is when she is chasing her ball at the park and was wondering how I could show you that. xD I am glad Wilbur is doing better, I hope he is fully himself soon, he really seems like such a sweet little guy. ❤️ Milly is still going strong, at nearly 12 years old xD, still able to run at her favourite park and chase her ball, as I mentioned.
