That's awesome.
I like epic tv but its so impersonal with the pros as well as others, well, pros in general.
I love that you, ekb, and bobat give such a personal perspective.
A climber from Bergen with a UA-cam vlog is now on my list of inspirational people. How on earth did that happen? The only thing I climb is a chair to reach the top shelf in my kitchen. Next time I'm buldering using the handles as foot holds.
Edit: And congratulations with 250 000 subscribers!!!
the test and results are really interesting. these guys know their stuff and the metrics could be incredible to measure your development with. so cool!
I REALLY hope there's a peak district climbing vid coming soon 😁
Suuuuch a good video. I've seen the lattice board once before in one of Epic TVs videos but this was sooo in depth and actually showed how the tests work together. Thank you!!
First 40 min video i watched without rolling forward... You are so great to watch
Im so addicted to your channel. Love it, keep up the great work!
loved this video! so good to see how hard you can push. we need to see magnus on some 9b climbs again...
this is actually really motivating to watch. the knowledge that trying hard and getting tired is the way to get better makes it worth it.
Magnus another amazing video! Loved the vid and I'm loving the collabs!!
i’m not a climber at all but can appreciate how hard you were pushed in this test. Great test for an elite athlete, and also great effort Magnus.
First time we've heard you swear, I think!? Very interesting to see that you are scientifically proven to be a BEAST, not that any of us needed telling. I have to say that this was a pretty perfect video if someone were to to have slightly sadistic tendencies and enjoys watching athletic men suffer....you know, if you're into that sort of thing ;) If you want to come to Cambridge I volunteer to show you the bouldering wall (it's rubbish but please come! lol)
Just squeaked with happiness because MAGNUS LIKED MY COMMENT
im in Bury St Edmunds and have to go to Stowmarket or Ipswich. I never thought of Cambridge. I'll give it a go.
[ Quax ] yeah, it’s great for my kids. It’s never too busy and daunting.
Ipswich is pretty good, wish it had a campus board like in colchester though!
What an awesome vid! The ones with the wideboyz are extra class! Thx magnus to take us on your journey...
I wanted you to lose. I wanted you to win. I wished you were human. I wished you were superman. So conflicted for 40 minutes, until I found out.
"It's getting heavy on my legs now" but still manages to hold himself up by his finger tips. Magnus is a grip God!
It was some really good effort. Great to watch you suffer, Magnus and it looked like you liked it also, despite the pain. It is also incredible, how hard you can push yourself to do something.
Hey, really intressant video Magnus, I’d love to see more of those videos about the technical approach of climbing !
Always amazing to see how hard you try, even when you aren't in the best shape for this sort of thing. Can't believe they made you go an extra minute on the one hand hang thing.
I definitely relate to what they said about your base level. I think that actually applies to a lot of things. I find that once you achieve a certain level of fitness or skill it's much easier to get back to that level again even if you've taken time off.
I'm not even a climber and I enjoy Magnus' videos. Well-edited and motivating to us folks in other areas of fitness.
You're a machine! I love these types of videos.
Det e lættis! - Love Norwegians representing. Found you last year in a Juji and Tom video. Been to Skullerud with a buddy of mine a couple of times since then!
