The truck driving community in general has really gone downhill “no pun intended” in the last 25 years. More foreign drivers, less common sense and a complete disregard for safety. I see it first hand every day.
I agree with you 💯. Most of these accidents were avoidable. Lack of attention. There are. A lot of drivers here from other places lower. Standards of safety.
Agree 💯 other county folk are LOWERING the US Standards in Many Ways... Customer Service is Gone they own almost ALL Gas Stations, 7-11, Truck Stops, Pizza and Many more and Speak Little to NO English! Im almost 60 years old and its a SAD Day in America...
It just amazes me to no end at how fast people drive in inclement weather. I just don’t get it. Snow, sleet, rain, etc. SLOW THE F*** DOWN!!! It’s not a race. Save a life or two. Ffs 🤦🏻♂️
Been driving since '98. The changes that I've seen are concerning. The biggest concern is the number of non-English speaking drivers behind the wheel. I give them a wide berth.
You have great content. As a truck driver myself, I watch to see what mistakes were made by both the 4-wheelers, and the truck drivers and I am disgusted by some of the driving habits of truck drivers. I noticed one of the other comments, actually two of them that are spot on, slow down in general, but definitely in foul weather, and for Christ sake, signal intentions earlier! I had something happen to me while driving in the wee hours of the morning on a deserted section of I-8 nearing the Arizona/California state line. I was at maximum fatigue, fighting it for the sake of staying on schedule, when my brain recognized one set up taillights in the far distance. As my focus was diminished due to fatigue, it was only at the last possible second when I realized the taillights that had been so distant, were suddenly dangerously close. The car was traveling far below the posted speed limit, and I had closed on them far quicker than my sluggish brain had realized. Fortunately for all, I took evasive action and thus, avoided a collision the type of which I have observed on your channel. It scared the goo out of me, woke me up, and at the time, I thought of your channel and recognized that I had almost provided horrible content for your collection. The consequences would have been devastating for the car as it was a small Toyota, and I may not have survived considering I haul liquid, specifically sulfuric acid, a load which provides very little in the way of stability when evasive action is taken. Keep the videos coming, you do a great job!
Why do people insist on going full speed during bad weather especially when it comes to snow. First clip. You damaged another truck and they were innocent by the way because you didn't want to hit the 4x4. That 5x5 wasn't innocent.
Just watching this one video explains why there are so many truck lawyers out there. Sleep at home, not while you're driving. Use your windshield and look out of it once in a while. WTF
Why would GPS help at all? I never used it and never will. I've been driving over 40 years and still use maps. Although now I use google maps along with a trucker atlas for the truck routes.
16 years longhauling and got off the road right before 911 happened. So glad to be away from all the current madness todays drivers are experiencing. Stay safe out there
4:46 I take that exit (in a truck) all the time. The hardest part is the far right lane comes in from an on ramp so as you exit for 100A you have do dodge those wanting to move left to stay on 287. Instead the driver clears all that but comes in too hot to the exit. He was probably going to New Castle Building Products
So in the 1st video the PU pulls in front of the truck and slows down. I would say in the last 25 years the general public drivers have gonne down hill.
I can’t count how many videos like this I’ve watched of truck drivers ripping the mirrors at the front of the hood off in truck stops. Why do they get so mad, so many of these accidents could have been avoided if they used them. You can see the cars in that mirror as they change lanes and take out cars.
Truck Driver: "Looks slippery. Better keep going at full speed".

My dad, 38 year trucker, 2 million miles accident free, would be absolutely disgusted watching these, if he were still alive.

No situational awareness with a lot of these drivers
Truck driving has hit an all-time low. Horrible, horrible drivers on the road today.

00:41 trucker is obviously in the wrong, but the importance of early turn signaling
Who insures these rigs ??
A 2 year old from the prairies drives better than these sandal wearers
I really feel like they’ve been recruiting truck drivers from the bottom of the driving school classes

"they're slowing down with the left blinker on, better go around them"
Notice the truckers don’t have GPS enabled or the sound?
Why would GPS help at all? I never used it and never will. I've been driving over 40 years and still use maps. Although now I use google maps along with a trucker atlas for the truck routes.
Some of these guys have spent so long with the cruise control on, they've forgotten where the brake pedal is.
Some people drive like they have nine lives, but the road only gives them one.

Don’t drive like you got nine lives because ya only one!1️⃣
12:00 Yep, try to fight that lawsuit in court. JACKPOT
one of the best compilations on this channel...
@6:45 that was nasty the pickup truck was flashing him to slow down 😮😮

"She lied, but the dash cam didn't! Proof that technology never misses a beat."
Is this bone head trucker edition?
1:29 where’s the driver? If you pause and go frame by frame, the car is empty
Got rammed so hard the driver's seat reclined at the impact.. Driver were laying down at this frame by frame.
The number of flip flop drivers doesnt help.
Why do people stop in a travel lane after crashing?? If you can move get off the road immediately!!!
if a semi is remotely close behind me, i wouldn't attempt to abruptly brake to make a turn. I'd go the extra mile >.because i have survival instincts

And the majority caused by "professional truck drivers".
9:24 pedestrian on the left shoulder. He's not thinking.
0:45 trucker is in the wrong! wtf?!
Maybe do a little reading about the concept of long haul trucking… WTF
1:22 Are you asleep? Now your insurance carrier is going to pay out a jackpot settlement. You need your CDL revoked.
0:46 I guess I'm just going to be handing out jackpot settlements today.
6:45 and another jackpot payment. Lawyers are gettin rich off y'all idjits.
You call that 1st video "very brutal"? LOL
0:03 bus 🎉

Hey theres some snow. Cool just keep going fast. No worries...
Such a simple task, made to look so difficult, by these “Knights of the Road.”

Biggest cause of all America's worst issues; DEI.
How?
