I have seen similar zener based low voltage cutoff diagrams but they don't have the capacitors. What benefit do the capacitors add in this instance? I want to use it in my vehicle to keep the battery from going dead if I leave my lights on. Obviously I will need a higher amperage relay, are there other things I should consider?

The wattage est based on the relay you are using. The one in the video says 14 amps so 14 a x 12 v = 168 watts in DC mode If you plan to use more wattage, i.e. more powerful relay, be careful to the amps the relay uses to operate (The winding amps, not the contact ones) because it can burn the transistor.

Bhai me s8050 transistor ki jagh per any use transistor
2N3055, 2N3906, 2N2369, and BC547. But these are low-voltage transistors
