      @@sumitnarkhede.3105 4v ki battery bhi charge karna chahiye. Maine Kiya nahin ha lekin shayad Voltage ki setting 4v ke anusaar setting karne par ho jaayega

    Relay not working probably, like tik-kit -tik because reaching voltage 14.30v cut supply and when supply cut voltage go down 13.60v so again on the charging relay this process is continue 😂😂😂😂😂

    Can I get the reverse output as mentioned below???
    Simply as....
    Relay should be OFF when car battery voltage is from 0V to 13V.
    Relay ON when battery voltage is from 13.1V to 15V.
    Please help how to achieve this output.😊

      Yes u can try this as the relay's another one path connected when relay is off and it disconnected when relay powered on
      By setting lower 13v and upper 15v
      When voltage between 0-13 that another path as I said is disconnected and the main charging path is connected as the relay is on and when voltage>13 the relay goes of and that another path will connected.
      I mean basically relays have two switches and everytime one of them is conductive

    Hello. nice video, well explained. Can you tell me, please, what are the adjustment limits of this circuit? I would like the relay to connect at a voltage of 13.5 volts and disconnect at 16-17 volts. I want this because I want to use it for an application with a car. When the engine is off, the battery has approximately 12-12.5 V. After starting the engine, the voltage increases because the alternator starts charging and when 13.5 volts are reached, the relay will engage. The upper value of 17 volts is chosen so that the relay remains connected as long as the engine is running, because in fact under normal conditions this value of 17V cannot be reached with an alternator in a 12V car. After you stop the engine, the value of the battery will drop below the cut-off threshold of the relay. This is what I would like to do... do you think that the circuit falls within these limits?

      Thanks for watching video. Actually for calibration, we need a variable power supply. We can use 317 based variable power supply also.

      @@vasunimkar7825 अगर आपने min level 10V सेट किया होगा तो उतना voltage drop होने पर चार्जिंग ऑटोमैटिक ON हो जाएगी।

    When connected with battery and the battery discharges and drains to 9volts then the led on the pcb glows but relay doesn't work due to 9v. Under this situation what can be the solution.

      We can set the minimum charging voltage to a little bit higher so that the relay can be operated.

      I cannot understand the Gel Battery but as per my experience, any type of batteries can be connected.

    Wate of money. Don't use this. If you don't keep ac on , this circuit consumes heavy power and finally battery will be discharged below recovering point. Also you cannot use less amps power supply
