To live here you’d have to be making over $150K to own a home. I got lucky, but there are now more rental properties than homes, and Denton County sucks for property taxes because they are way above most neighboring counties. I love living here, and it’s perfect. Traffic has doubled as well 😭
@@thedfwhomeowner Old East Dallas, its not perfect by any means. But weirdly it feels like home way more then The Colony ever did. Bonus is when i meet people from out of town, i dont have to explain that its not a cult or comune lol
