@thedfwhomeowner I have a few years on me :) and my wife, and I enjoy being home working on projects. We enjoy going to the stores and easily interacting with those from all walks of life. Our neighbors are awesome, and the neighborhood is super quiet. We can hear the train on Denton Highway. We're north of Hightower, East of Rufe Snow, and absolutely adore this City.

@thedfwhomeowner Mesquite isn't thriving, we've been going down hill sense 2015. There's more check cashing places, thrift stores, pawn shops and title loan places than what's necessary and not near enough police presence. But at the end of the day it's home.
