Yikes, 1600x900 isn't enough. Are you recording on the same PC you're playing on? Your FPS might be so low because your PC doesn't like doing so many things at once. In that case, you might even have to drop your Genshin settings to 1280 x 720 resolution, 0.8 render scale, setting all individual quality settings to low except for SFX which should be set to medium. (set SFX quality to lowest and summon Furina's turrets and you'll see why you want it set to medium) Turn off bloom and all the other stuff that can be toggled off, set Anti-Aliasing to FSR 2. If that doesn't boost your FPS, your PC isn't cut out for recording. You'll either need a second PC (usually a low-end laptop) to output the video to, a USB capture card for the second PC to receive the video from, and maybe something like an Elgato Stream Deck that you can program with buttons to start/stop recording. That is the standard setup for streamers and UA-camrs to make videos from.
