Very good quality and interesting video well done m8,great to see you making beer from a kit takes time lot mess but worth it..brings back happy memories and smells and headaches 🤣
I used to buy fresh pale crystal malt or dark roasted crystal malt(dark beers) and fresh natural hops from brewery shop and cook up baby burco boiler put hops in a muslin bag so make my own malt extract and sparge with watering can!...then dry hop when fermented into a beersphere to mature😂❤ 13:35

Do you always use just normal granulated sugar as opposed to brewing sugar dextrose etc?

How come you used 2 bags of sugar? Is that why it came out stronger (I know less water ups the AVG)?

If it ferments out then it will increase the abv

Do you realise you have just coughed into you bucket.....Just bought from eBay three satchels of Whitbread Tankard Yeast will try it the next time i make a brew....
