Hi ...... Just kegged / bottled mine yesterday for secondary fermentation. Was fermenting for 10 days , it was holding at at 1009 from 1056 (6%)..... took it out too early mayby ??... Have put 12 into bottles and am leaving the rest in the barrel. I'm leaving it in the house for a week at about 20% then put in the garage.... I'm hoping for something half decent as I only ever done the cheap and cheafull kits previously..... Take care guys
Evening gents. Glad you're reviewed this one. As I mentioned before, wasn't a massive fan of this one - found it quite 'biscuity'. Not awful by any means but doubt I'll do it again. Very tempted by the Cortez, though. Chin chin 🍻👍

This does take a while to condition. Talking months not weeks. It's a good beer.
