The Pakistan Aeronautical Complex has tested an upgraded version of the Super Mushshak basic training aircraft armed with
Barq laser-guided anti-tank guided missiles. If you look closely at the rear fuselage you can spot an all-aspect, passive optical targeting system; essentially this aircraft has the same attack capabilities as an armed UAV.
This aircraft can now be used in anti-terrorist operations. The PAC Super Mushshak is a primary trainer aircraft which is a more advanced and upgraded variant of the MFI-17 Mushshak. It was designed by and is being manufactured at the aircraft manufacturing factory, Pakistan Aeronautical Complex.

Barq (Urdu: برق, "lightning") is a laser-guided air-to-surface missile developed by Pakistan. The Barq was first officially unveiled on 13 March 2015 being fired from the NESCOM Burraq UCAV, capable of destroying both stationary and moving targets.[1][2] Its first operational use was carried out against militants in Operation Zarb-e-Azb, on 6 September 2015, successfully eliminating three high-value targets.[3]
