Before the leaders of the clubs (Excluding club rivals and Budo) got implement ,there was a placeholder club leader that later became an empty demon 23. All of the bullies have a reason for why they became a bullies: - Musume due to being spoiled by her father to the point where she never really got any consequences for her actions - Kokoro due to being afraid of being bullied again - Kashiko due to her skin tone - Hana due to her severe inferiority complex Howerer ,Kokoro is the only bully for now that backstory matters in the game cause if you kill all the bullies except her ,she will return to her old self since she wouldn't need to worry about bullying. Hoshiko is the only bully that has no reason for why she is bullying. Here are some more facts about Sumire Saitozaki since I absolutely love her and she is SO underrated. I can't guarantee that all of these facts are 100% real or canon 1. If she would have been a real student, Sumire would have the "fragile persona". This is the reason for why she has to die in every timeline, even the alternative timeline which's main point is to eliminate everyone without bloodshed. It's because if Ryoba would use a peaceful method like rejection or expulsion, Sumire would be so heartbroken she would kill both herself and Jokichi. 2. On the official Yandere Simulator website, it is stated that recently, the lights in the bathroom her ghost is in have started to flicker, meaning her soul has gotten strong enough to alter the physical world. 3. Although you can elliminate your rivals through peaceful only methods, it is canon that Ayano's mother, Ryoba, is a murderer. This is why Yanderedev had the idea to make Sumire, the ghost in the third floor girls bathroom, a tutorial rival, which shows Ryoba's first victim, while teaching new players the game's core mechanics. 4. While she was a student, Sumire was in Ryoba's class, class 2-1. She possibly sat at Kaguya's desk, since it's the only desk that could have been empty during Sumire's "week" (although she never had one) 5. 1980's mode's mission mode plays in an alternative timeline, in which Sumire has killed herself and Jokichi, explaining why neither of those characters appear in mission mode. (202x mode also plays in an alternative universe, where Ayano works as an assassin for Info-chan, and has killed Taro whom she has no feelings for this time. Taro's sister, Hanako seeks revenge on Ayano for killing her brother, which is why she's mission mode's "Nemesis-chan" 6. Each of 1980's rival's socks have hidden meanings. Sumire has knee-lenght black socks, meaning she isn't all pure but isn't all evil either. She was most likely given these socks because of her Fragile personality (hence murderous tendencies) 7. Sumire's parents were devastated to find out about their daughter's disappearance. Some more facts about random topic's this time: 1. A lot of the characters' names represent their personality, or what the Dev planned to do with them. Examples are Horuda Puresu (Meaning "Placeholder - she was meant to be a placeholder student for the fragile persona"), Borupen Saishiki (Meaning "Ballpen" as he's an artist), Budo Masuta (Meaning "martial arts master" as he's... exactly that!) Osana Najimi (meaning "Childhood friend" as she's Taro's childhood friend) and Uekiya Engeika (Meaning "Gardener Gardening" as she's the president of the Gardening club). Another one of my favourites is Mijuyi Shan, meaning "Musician", as she's the president of the Light Music Club. 2. The gaming club isn't an official club in the eyes of the faculty. Only students consider it to be one. It still disbands if the clubmembers' number goes below five, or if the "leader", Gema Taku dies. 3. Gema canonically has a crush on the Bullies. Out of the five bullies, Kashiko Murasaki is the most compatible one with him. 4. All the bullies have a reason for their horrible personalities, except for Hoshiko. Musume has a poor upbringing, she is so spoiled she doesn't know the consequences of her actions. Kokoro was bullied, and she joined the mean girls to avoid being targeted. Kashiko feels incredibly insecure because of her mixed race, and she's taking it out on others. And Hana has an inferiority complex, and brings others down to make herself feel better. However, Hoshiko has no reasoning, she is just simply sadistic and enjoys watching people suffer. She often proposes the idea of severely physical bullying against their targets, and the other girls have to talk her out of it. 5. Musume's the student who's task has been changed the most. At first she was asking for a smoke, which was changed because it was identical to Hokuto Furukizu's task. Then she asked Ayano to take a picture of Horuda's hiding spot, which was changed because her dialogue didn't match the update. Her dialogue said "seriously? She just.. reads books? That's it?" while in recent versions, Horuda's routine has been changed from reading, to drawing gore. Her most recent task is asking ayano to pour brown paint on Horuda, and take a picture. 6. We all know how if the bullies die except for Kokoro, she removes her tan, and dyes her hair back to brown. She's not the only one who's appearance can be changed. If you kill every light music club member, except for Mijuyi, she removes her piercings, dies her hair back, falls into depression and isolates herself from everyone. Even her student profile changes. 7. Sonoko Sakanoue knew the journalist was telling the truth during Ryoba's trial. When she saw Ryoba coming out of the asylum, she realized just how devoted she is at keeping Senpai for herself. She didn't befriend her. She was just so terrified, she backed her up during the trial, knowing it'll destroy her mentor's life 8. Ritsuko is the only rich girl in school the Yakuza's not willing to abduct for ransom, because he is scared of the powerful Chikanari family. 9. Although Ai canonically dies, if she would have survived, she wouldn't have ended up as a pop idol, but as a mother and housewife. 10. Chigusa canonically marries her suitor after graduation 11. Taeko has been expelled for Akademi. Growing up, she realized that it was because someone had serious problem with her, and sabotaged her. 12. Sakyu and Inkyu Basu are demons, and they don't die when killed, they just pretend to be dead. However, they don't show up to school the next day. (Technically not demons, Sakyu is a succubus and Inkyu is a vampire, but shhh) 13. The Aishi family was once made of Demon hunters. 14. There has been an Aishi who's Senpai naturally developed feelings for them 15. At least one Aishi's senpai was the same gender. 16. Every one of the Aishi people except for Ayano are named after a different type of Blade. 17. It's possible that the first Aishi was not Japanese. 18. Info-Chan is the journalist's daughter. There has been rumors that her mother is Ryoba's sister, however the timeline doesn't mach up: That rumor is false. 19. The journalists canonically married a Yandere girl (ironic, huh?) 20. Actually yandere simulator was banned on twitch because of a mode that was taken out a bit after but because of debug mode and the game being unfinished they won’t put it back on until the game is finished technically you can stream it but you have to be careful with the violence and panty shots and other things

Here are some more facts about Sumire Saitozaki since I absolutely love her and she is SO underrated. I can't guarantee that all of these facts are 100% real or canon
1. If she would have been a real student, Sumire would have the "fragile persona". This is the reason for why she has to die in every timeline, even the alternative timeline which's main point is to eliminate everyone without bloodshed. It's because if Ryoba would use a peaceful method like rejection or expulsion, Sumire would be so heartbroken she would kill both herself and Jokichi.
2. On the official Yandere Simulator website, it is stated that recently, the lights in the bathroom her ghost is in have started to flicker, meaning her soul has gotten strong enough to alter the physical world.
3. Although you can elliminate your rivals through peaceful only methods, it is canon that Ayano's mother, Ryoba, is a murderer. This is why Yanderedev had the idea to make Sumire, the ghost in the third floor girls bathroom, a tutorial rival, which shows Ryoba's first victim, while teaching new players the game's core mechanics.
4. While she was a student, Sumire was in Ryoba's class, class 2-1. She possibly sat at Kaguya's desk, since it's the only desk that could have been empty during Sumire's "week" (although she never had one)
5. 1980's mode's mission mode plays in an alternative timeline, in which Sumire has killed herself and Jokichi, explaining why neither of those characters appear in mission mode. (202x mode also plays in an alternative universe, where Ayano works as an assassin for Info-chan, and has killed Taro whom she has no feelings for this time. Taro's sister, Hanako seeks revenge on Ayano for killing her brother, which is why she's mission mode's "Nemesis-chan"
6. Each of 1980's rival's socks have hidden meanings. Sumire has knee-lenght black socks, meaning she isn't all pure but isn't all evil either. She was most likely given these socks because of her Fragile personality (hence murderous tendencies)
7. Sumire's parents were devastated to find out about their daughter's disappearance.
Some more facts about random topic's this time:
1. A lot of the characters' names represent their personality, or what the Dev planned to do with them. Examples are Horuda Puresu (Meaning "Placeholder - she was meant to be a placeholder student for the fragile persona"), Borupen Saishiki (Meaning "Ballpen" as he's an artist), Budo Masuta (Meaning "martial arts master" as he's... exactly that!) Osana Najimi (meaning "Childhood friend" as she's Taro's childhood friend) and Uekiya Engeika (Meaning "Gardener Gardening" as she's the president of the Gardening club). Another one of my favourites is Mijuyi Shan, meaning "Musician", as she's the president of the Light Music Club.
2. The gaming club isn't an official club in the eyes of the faculty. Only students consider it to be one. It still disbands if the clubmembers' number goes below five, or if the "leader", Gema Taku dies.
3. Gema canonically has a crush on the Bullies. Out of the five bullies, Kashiko Murasaki is the most compatible one with him.
4. All the bullies have a reason for their horrible personalities, except for Hoshiko. Musume has a poor upbringing, she is so spoiled she doesn't know the consequences of her actions. Kokoro was bullied, and she joined the mean girls to avoid being targeted. Kashiko feels incredibly insecure because of her mixed race, and she's taking it out on others. And Hana has an inferiority complex, and brings others down to make herself feel better. However, Hoshiko has no reasoning, she is just simply sadistic and enjoys watching people suffer. She often proposes the idea of severely physical bullying against their targets, and the other girls have to talk her out of it.
5. Musume's the student who's task has been changed the most. At first she was asking for a smoke, which was changed because it was identical to Hokuto Furukizu's task. Then she asked Ayano to take a picture of Horuda's hiding spot, which was changed because her dialogue didn't match the update. Her dialogue said "seriously? She just.. reads books? That's it?" while in recent versions, Horuda's routine has been changed from reading, to drawing gore. Her most recent task is asking ayano to pour brown paint on Horuda, and take a picture.
6. We all know how if the bullies die except for Kokoro, she removes her tan, and dyes her hair back to brown. She's not the only one who's appearance can be changed. If you kill every light music club member, except for Mijuyi, she removes her piercings, dies her hair back, falls into depression and isolates herself from everyone. Even her student profile changes.
7. Sonoko Sakanoue knew the journalist was telling the truth during Ryoba's trial. When she saw Ryoba coming out of the asylum, she realized just how devoted she is at keeping Senpai for herself. She didn't befriend her. She was just so terrified, she backed her up during the trial, knowing it'll destroy her mentor's life
8. Ritsuko is the only rich girl in school the Yakuza's not willing to abduct for ransom, because he is scared of the powerful Chikanari family.
9. Although Ai canonically dies, if she would have survived, she wouldn't have ended up as a pop idol, but as a mother and housewife.
10. Chigusa canonically marries her suitor after graduation
11. Taeko has been expelled for Akademi. Growing up, she realized that it was because someone had serious problem with her, and sabotaged her.
12. Sakyu and Inkyu Basu are demons, and they don't die when killed, they just pretend to be dead. However, they don't show up to school the next day. (Technically not demons, Sakyu is a succubus and Inkyu is a vampire, but shhh)
13. The Aishi family was once made of Demon hunters.
14. There has been an Aishi who's Senpai naturally developed feelings for them
15. At least one Aishi's senpai was the same gender.
16. Every one of the Aishi people except for Ayano are named after a different type of Blade.
17. It's possible that the first Aishi was not Japanese.
18. Info-Chan is the journalist's daughter. There has been rumors that her mother is Ryoba's sister, however the timeline doesn't mach up: That rumor is false.
19. The journalists canonically married a Yandere girl (ironic, huh?)
20. During 1980's mode, Ritsuko Chikanari is the richest person in school. Notice anything about her name? RI tsuko, CH ikanari. Clever!

Actually yandere simulator was banned on twitch because of a mode that was taken out a bit after but because of debug mode and the game being unfinished they won’t put it back on until the game is finished technically you can stream it but you have to be careful with the violence and panty shots and other things
It's still hypocritical to ban it from their platform while the regular shooting and horror games are allowed, but at this point it will never be finished because of Alex's greed and behaviour
