I don't say this publicly very much because I think that it's more powerful when you remain silent and allow the actions to speak for themselves, but lean is simply: - Obeying the laws of nature. - Respect for the human dignity. - Kindness. - Standing up for truth and saying the truth even when it's uncomfortable. - Discipleship teaching and training…on the shop floor. - Excellence: study to show yourself approved - Loving your neighbor as yourself. - Sacrificing for others. - Correctly understanding the position of money. It is important but loving it and putting it in a priority over people can be detrimental, - About humility, because humility is the path to greatness. - About curiosity, how is it that that mustard seed grows into a huge plant of sustenance. - About tapping into the entire human being: emotionally, spiritually, intellectually. - Cellular in nature. If one cell is good it will produce good fruit. It will grow and influence the entire organism. If one cell is bad it will rot the entire organism. - About giving, not taking. It is greater to give than receive. - About being a good steward and not being wasteful and being thoughtful with the resources that God has given us. - The gospel dressed up in a business suit, it is nothing more or nothing less. It is not new for there is nothing new under the sun. It is a repeat of historical principles of greatness. Thanks, Paul
The beautiful thing about lean is that daily it confronts you with your shortcomings. And gives you the ability to improve so you don't have to continue. Indeed, I printed too many and over produced. But at least I can now see it, so I don't have to live with this waste forever. Thanks, Paul
"lean is so simple, life is so simple, we over complicate everything" - love to see a video interpretation of your quote here Paul Genius!, cant wait for my fastcap tour Leo Australia
So. . . Paul. Isnt it actually, that we need to Lean our Mind first before we jump to lean shop floor ? Hope it's more simple too. Mind blowing. . . Evergreen..!
Words from a true Leanius. Al here, Update on my Lean health transformation, 21 lbs of pure wasteful fat shed from my body in less than a MONTH! Thanks to you and others like you for giving me the tools to succeed, and the drive to keep going! Keep on keeping on Paul!
Check out the Lean Video Page on the FastCap website (see link in the video comment section above). It is full of videos that interprete this quote! Thanks, Paul
Wow. There seems to be a spiritual component to all this. Paul, I sense a profound redemptive arc taking place here and in your life. I want to be your friend on facebook
So now do you have to go back and correct your book and audio CD's? How much of those did you over produce that you now have to rework? Isn't it just so Ironic? You have to correct what you overproduced to add "not" to overproduce and create waste.
Masterpiece !!
