Regan's physique is so balanced and I like it. If he can bring a tighter conditioning and a little bit more mass on his bicep, he can comfortably win on this level of competition. Also Hector looks very promising here. hope he can improve and add the mass on his flame.
James Hollingshead reminds me of Steve Kuclo, but only because he is similar in that he doesn't have the prettiest physic but has the ability to bring a knarley physic to the stage to beat competitors who are off in their conditioning.
Just like warren he doesn’t have genetically gifted structure (his quads are great) narrow up top but great shoulder development smaller waist would have helped and his biceps shape is not pleasing the guy has to put in some serious work and definitely come in conditioned Congrats On the win James Best of luck

I just can't get over how Horribly structured James's abs are. They look so badd. In his front double bicep his midsection Has practically No AB definition.
I think he especially looks bad in these low res shots. I think he looks better in higher res stuff I've seen on his channel, but yeah, he has bad ab genetics from both a shape and separation standpoint.
I'm really not a fan of Hollingshead. Not the best structure and weak in a few areas. Has a silly stance in a few poses as well. Great video as always Tom 👍

Maybe it's just because Jamie is so massive but Regan looks way smaller to me here than his prior show. In the side tricep at 6:02 his arm looks like an NPC competitor's, not a men's open competitor. Is it just me seeing that?
Jamie with the tall man's curse.. It's absolutely insane the size coming through on his type of physique. He seems to have a pretty even playing field between his torso and lower body as far as length goes. Being that tall in this sport is just detrimental sadly.. Much shorter guys can sometimes grab a win but when you're over 6'1 It without a doubt becomes much harder to stack up. I used to think Dennis Wolf was really tall but It's shocking how a lot of these guys are VERY similar in height.
I still think Jamie can win shows and he's an amazing bodybuilder. He easily secures 2nd here for me, Being 6'3 myself It comes down to perspective really..

I had him winning the front and rear lat spreads. Just need a to mature a think. The giant definitely stole a couple poses for me. He is just so big in that front lat spread and standing relaxed. James is a great bodybuilder, keeps coming in really ripped. I feel he's a bit like Lukas Osladil though, I don't think his ceilings very high as he's not got that good of a structure, he's rather narrow and he doesn't have amazing muscle bellies like a Phil or Dex. Also, I'm pretty sure James is taking this Olympia off to go be with his wife in Norway and to bring a better package to the 21 O, also I'm guessing us being back into lockdown here influences that as he trains in a public gym. It's a shame as he could've done well and there won't be a brit at the O cause De Asha's out as well.
I was feeling very let down and pissed by the how the bodybuilding community didn't even mention Luke's death like he was not even a Pro bodybuilder. I feel happy to see James giving Luke the respect he deserves.
Reagan was a lot more improved from the Spain show he looked a lot of diced and conditioned than in Spain I think he needs to brings those biceps out more though but a huge improvement in my opinion

Why is the lighting in todays' show so bad that it almost hides some muscle parts of guys who stand last in both ends ? It looks as if the bodybuilding standard has improved a lot but not the stage and lighting..

I like when James does that modified side tricep after the mandatory. He has a gnarly look but knows how to pose and show some great lines
