NaLex has a GUI IR loader for Linux that allows for parallel mono/stereo loading of cab IR's, or for chain loading a cab IR into a reverb IR. It's called IRbis.
How do you "implement" the backing tracks? For me, it's always a workaround (pulseaudio bridging in jack via qjackctl scripts or cadence auto enabled scripts), since wayland and pulse somehow are not a reliable solution.
I play them from UA-cam and PulseAusio bridge to Jack has always been super reliable and easy solution for me. I use Carla with pre-saved configurarions for diffent recording cases and guitar signal chain stacks. You can also configure multiple PulseAudio bridges in Jack, e.g. I have secondary PA bridge for Discord I/O, so I can easier control there's no sound loops and bleeding.
@@SudoMetalStudioMy hope is still, that PW gets as good as Core Audio some time. Together with a good control center pro pro audio stuff and routing it could be perfect. JACK and PA are still a fiddly workaround for me.

Thanks! Never heard of IRbis before. I'll check that out 🙂

I'm using pipewire these days and it works like a charm. Pretty much simpler than jack imo.
@@Yeki13Fedora? I am on Debian 12 (Stable) for many reasons ... but Pulseaudio/JACK is none of them. :D
@@foss_soundYeah, fedora. I can't do other than recommend it. It's working excellent for me.
