- Virginia Tech opened Norris Hall for media tours today, four days before the building will re-open for faculty, staff and students. Norris is one of the two sites where students and faculty were killed by Seung-Hui Cho on April 16.

I'm sure once the doors are closed and the lights are out, the screams of the victims are heard everynight. I'd hate to walk the hallways around midnight in that Hall. Just like the sight of 9/11, Norris Hall will forever be sacred ground.

Norris Hall must be haunted and have some really bad energy in it. There needs to be a priest to bless the hall. May all the 32 victims Rest In Peace and hope God has some mercy on the 33rd individuals soul.
Those classrooms are so small, I can't imagine trying to hide in there, the students must have felt so exposed and helpless to the gunman!!

I am overwhelmingly surprised to see that most of the comments made here are both petty and half witted. "He wasn't bullied", "If it was Chuck Norris Hall then why didn't he get his ass kicked, lol". That's a really clever thing to say. Who on here knows for a fact that this kid wasn't bullied? Anyone? I highly doubt that he was seeking a reason to carry out this inhuman, heartless act. He stated on his video that he was bullied, not saying by whom, but making the matter quite clear. For some reason you think that because the detectives couldn't find out who the bully or bullies were then there weren't any? Do you really think that anyone with a brain stem would actually come forward and state that they were, in fact, the person(s) who had bullied him, and was, most likely, the foundation of this ill fortune? You should get your facts straight before making such a bold statement.
Mr. Mayhem You are right, this guy was bullied profusely during high school for his race and the way he spoke. People really should not make jokes about this, it's a serious and tragic thing.

@SSgtParmer in ghost stories, the ghosts are usually bad or very disturbed people not so much random people that died for no reason.

PurplePetal04 I visited Virginia Tech in 2009 while dating a student there. I was surprised to find Norris Hall not only still standing but fully renovated. The caveat to that is that it was still closed because emotions were still running high. I can only assume it's now being used. I can't imagine they'd spend the money to renovate only to never use it.

Why didn't all the students get together in Norris and run through the hallways and stampede his ass, like in that movie the Lion King. I know they were on Lockdown, and he had a gun and everything, but he was outnumbered. I hate that it happened and in an intense situation like that you don't know how to react. Sorry for the losses that day.
