Paraan ng Pag Gawa at Pagluto ng Buchi Para hindi ma-deform at Hindi Manlagas ang Sesame Seeds-BUCHI

  • Kamote Gawin nating buchi.Ang paraan din kung paano natin gawin ng tama ang buchi para ito ay hindi madeform at hindi manlagas ang sesame seeds. Pwedeng pwede rin natin ito isama sa litahan ng ating kumikitang pangkabuhayan.
    Ingredients:
    2 pcs medium size na violet kamote (gugasan, balatan at hiwain ng maninipis)
    Kapag luto na ang kamote ay imashed ito, mag seperate ng 1 cup para sa dough at ung matitira ay timplahan ng 1/2 cup na sugar
    1 evaporated milk 1/2 tbsp vanilla, haluluin at iluto ng 5-7 minutes
    Para sa dough
    400g. glutinous rice flour
    1 cup rice flour
    1 cup sugar
    1 1/2 cup warm water
    1/4 cup cooking oil
    1 cup mashed kamote
    1 cup sesame seeds
    cooking oil for deep frying
