DRose would be totally different. He actually go against the fall. While Mj, Kobe, Pip and Dwade whom Tim worked with, go with the fall and let their bodies slide after they hit the floor.

When Dwade and Mamba had trained them, their injuries were at most to minimal. Remember that trademark fall-and-slide that MJ and Pip does? He basically program their bodies to fall and slide. Coz me myself am a trainer, though not in a professional level. It's hard to train someone to instinctively let their body fall and slide. And Tim did that to them. As chuck said right at the end 'wish he could've gotten him early part of his career'.

''One of my biggest challenges is keeping the ball away from a guy who isn’t supposed to be playing yet. When I get these great players recovering from injuries or surgeries, I set up a detailed plan for their rehab and return, and the last thing they’re going to be allowed to do is walk onto the court. But try telling that to a guy who has never spent five minutes without a ball in his hand.
Perfect example: the great Charles Barkley, probably the most athletically gifted individual I’ve ever seen, and a Cleaner in every way. Charles was working with me after knee surgery, and he was not happy when I said he and his postsurgical torn patella had to stay off the court as long as he was in an immobilizer.
He looked at me with that death stare and demanded a ball. Then he stood under the basket and dunked ten times off the healthy foot. Dunked. Ten times. One foot. The boot never touched the ground." Tim Grover - Relentless Book

All you young Atheletes need to get his book Relentless!
This guy Grover was a *GENIUS*!
This interview doesn't go into detail about his mental and phycological, preparedness programs he also set up for certain Atheletes
Man, those three, Kobe, D-Wade, they were all so fine tuned after spending months with Grover, "They Were Like Machines"!
THIS IS THE DIFFERENCE IN TODAY'S ATHELETE COMPARED TO THOSE THAT CAME BEFORE THEM!
Everyone now wants the Quick Fix! They want to run faster and jump higher, but not by means of training, buy instead (PED'S)!
They want to recover faster. want their athleticism off the charts, jumping over cars and props as if they're using trampolines or something!
Yeah, a *SELECT FEW* have the god given ability, but you guys know what most of them are using!
And Adam Silver IS LETTING THEM!!!!!
He's not policing and being the enforcer David Stern was back in the day when he was Commissioner!
To much money in today's league with ALL THESE GUYS being able to do this kind of stuff, Right 🤔.
Hidden Secrets, guys using aliases and send others to pick up their stuff...
Yeah, I know, *HUSH, THIS ISN'T SUPPOSE TO BE TALKED ABOUT,,, "THE UNWRITTEN RULE OF ANONOMY RIGHT*"!
Ask yourself this, "Over the last 5 - 7 years some of the star players have had some pretty Gruesome Injuries"!
    Paul George
    Gordon Hayward
Young Brother who plays for Indiana as well as some other big names.
Look at how all these big guys are missing games due to serious injury. Think it's got anything to do with the "quote on quote, Quick Fix"?
In other words hey, there's a Growth Hormone Supplement out there that takes the place of that three or four month workout that guys USE TO DO!
I know I'm sounding the alarm, but my point is "This Is The Difference In Today's And Yesterday's Athelete!
There was NO SUCH THING AS LOAD MAINTENANCE/MANAGEMENT, back in the day! It was UNHEARD of!
I'm not speaking for all of them, but a high percentage of them are taking what they think is the easy way to success and cheating themselves, us, and the sport and could care less..........
    Real Talk.
Why pay a guy all this money and go through all this aggrevation, putting my body through all this when I can just take a couple of these everyday and perform?

He could’ve suffered a lot worse from that had he ate more. I wonder if Tim ever used Applied Kinesiology to address any emotional/mental aspects. Not only can AP help to prevent injuries ( if you know how to use energy techniques), but injuries can heal much faster too. Emotional upsets weaken energy flow which can set the body up for injuries. They don't happen just from physical issues.

I would like to know if Jordan's golf addiction was taken into account for his basketball training regiment.
