1. Great explanation.
2. Ultimately, CRR is created which will be used to issue bonus shares. Then why all this drama, directly give bonus shares to the shareholder
3. Only advantage I see is use of security reserve. So Normally security reserve cannot be used for bonus and now it is indirectly used to give bonus. Am I Right?
