The only thing All For One has is danger sense since Shigaraki stole that Vestige. Izuku still has the energy stockpile he just lost the extra quirks when he sent those Vestiges.
I do think that Yoichi could very well have noticed AFO’s consciousness reviving, and decided to evacuate to ensure that at least the baseline One for All wasn’t lost. There may not have been enough time to recover any other vestiges though. It’s also possible that the disappearance of Decay and the apparent absence of the other Quirk factors from OFA might be some kind of middle-finger from Tenko- “I know you want this and I can keep it away from you so fk you.” 😅
I think overhaul might be the key to it all he can heal Deku and undo his injuries as well as heal others. His change of heart might come at the prospect of filling the power vacuum once afo is completely gone

The Decay Quirk is gone, huh? I think there's two possibilities: 1) It was so thoroughly tied to Shigaraki that, upon his mental destruction, the quirk was destroyed too. OR 2) Somehow, OFA managed to pull Decay from Shigaraki into Deku. Somehow, Yoichi slipped back into Deku with Decay before the connection was terminated. I'm gonna lean towards the latter option because it kinda just . . . makes sense, somehow. Like, from a narrative stand point, it's going to represent the moment that Deku has to make a decision: Fully Destroy Shigaraki, and Tomura, to stop AFO, or . . . be destroyed.

The damage to his body may have been done in the instant they returned to the real world, not over time, meaning she wouldn't need to expend much energy to rewind him.
So much major twists happening about these big 4 of Class 1-A on Final War 1. Bakugo got his heart exploded and was going to die because of his own quirk and Shigaraki too but Edgeshot saves his life and now he’s unconscious after his victory 2. Shoto overheated his chest after arriving to save his family from Dabi and now he’s burned and unconscious 3. Ochaco got stabbed and loss so much blood because of Toga but after Ochaco wins and now dying Toga decides to save her life by sacrificing her life and the news reporters are in hurry to save her but afraid they might not make it on time 4. Deku now lost both of his arms because of Tenko during the memories and what’s worst AFO has return to fully takeover Tenko’s body and back to present Deku is now bleeding to death

Great vid as always! One thing you missed around 2:45 is that Deku doesn't want to kill him. Deku was actually more powerful than Shigaraki, even Shigaraki said he couldn't take many direct hits from Deku. Deku main character trait is no matter how "evil" the person is, everyone is worth saving. If Deku wanted to kill Shigaraki he could have but that was never his intent; remember even the vestiges found it hard to believe until Kudo went into Deku memories and saw his intent was pure.
Nah he deserves this loss plus it adds to the ending to see if he keeps his childish view of being a hero or really see the consequences of not doing what was necessary.

Decay is literally a broken piece of Overhaul. Horikoshi is shown in one panel when he was in the doctor’s orphanage. The OFA vestiges are hidden inside AFO. Only Stockpile remains inside Deku for now.

The best thing of all of this is that it makes complete sense. One thing that has always bothered me from the manga is the "miracle" of AFO finding Tenko like an act of providence. Having AFO find Nana's son before, and planning all of this, makes him an incredible villain, the opening was always there for this plot twist. I love it.
My theory tenko gives all for one to deku transferring all quirks back along with the full effect of decay and recomposition allowing him to destroy AFO and remake shigaraki into tenko as a child giving a new chance in life
Three things could happen. Eri Rewinds got too powerful they rewind the whole fight and Deku changes the future, or Mei makes or made robot arms for Deku. Or Eri rewinds Deku into getting his arms back. But I leading more on my first one because the fact that quirks are evolving so I think Eri seeing Deku with no arms but isn’t giving up will make her snap
Tenko's still alive. All For One hears a voice in his head and says silence. That voice is Tenko's. The mention of decay having its reconstruction aspect taken away feels like a chekhov's gun. It's likely that Tenko will somehow awaken the reconstruction aspect of decay and bring back Deku's arm.
You know what I can imagine happening if Erie enters the battlefield? I can imagine her on Deku's back again. Not just to recover Deku's arms, but also use her quirk to help Shigaraki come back. I really hope Deku and Shigaraki get to fight side by side against All For One. I've always imagined that being how the final fight plays out, at least before Deku and All For One fight one on one.

I think Tenko pull a Megatron. In the Transformers Prime show Bumblebee went into Megatron mind to get a cure and once he did he exit Megatron mind and he followed since the method was a two way street and that’s what I think happened with Tenko and the Quirk decay their in Deku along with the first user of OFA
Deku is both the 9th and 11th user of One for All. He transfered all of it to Shigaraki, and before shigaraki was broken he transfered it back to Deku. Deku has decay. Tenko/Shigaraki now exist as a vestige of One for All.
I do like class 1-A coming to his rescue Deku is without question a brave and selfless boy despite what people say about him and his flaws he has always stayed strong for his friends so now it's their turn to help him All for one is the best villian because we see a villian who's heartless ruthless and used all those under him like tools there no sympathy or emotion just raw evil in a pure form my hero acadamia villains were all gaslit by all for one used as his puppets and now we see how that destroyed them
I must say I am disappointed with how Shigaraki's story played out. I wanted him to be truly free of All For One so he could become his own villain. What a waste.

I am personally very glad to see that Horikoshi decided to go through with having Shigaki’s quirk come from all for one, even though a lot of people, guess this fact. There are a lot of writers nowadays, who change details like that, simply to shock the audience
I will say this has probably been the most engaging and well paid off chapter in some time. Seeing Deku have repercussions for this is crazy especially to this degree, and while I knew AFO would come back, seeing that he planned Tenko/Tomura’s life before he was born was insane but believable considering how most everyone was under this impression to begin with, we just didn’t know how far it went. Makes me wonder if AFO knew about Nana’s son all along. More than likely the quirk AFO stole from Tenko could have been something along the lines of Float, perhaps Airwalk? Either way, I really wonder what’s happening with OFA, and how Deku will recover from this.
I think yoichi is most likely with shigiraki inside the quirk factor and trying to bring him back out to fight with him to push all for one out thats why he can still sense shigaraki but not his brother his brother is in hiding secretly with shigaraki and not making his presence known until he gets done working with each other to weaken all for one from the inside while all of the other heros fight him from the outside. I also think deku has the full overhaul quirk factor he just hasn't figured it out yet and it was transfered to him in the vestige world without his knowledge and he will figure it out during the fight after reconstructing his arms back due to shear will power and wanting to still fight I don't see ere coming to the battle field due to it being stated she hadn't regained her power fully yet so I doubt she could be of any use as of this moment.
I know it's wishful thinking, but I predict that none of the ofa users are actually gone. AFO seems to say that his brother is gone because he can't feel him or the power. Power can't be created or destroyed, only transfered, and afo hasn't done any flashy moves yet that are more powerful than what we have seen so far. I wouldn't be surprised that they'll show up again along with some new quirks thanks to shigaraki not wanting to be played by afo again. Imagine all for one in the next chapter tries some big move only to notice that half of his stocked quirks are gone.
Low-key hoping Shigaraki's will somehow got brought with whatever One for All vestiges' that went back to Deku. And like you said, Deku will be able to use the reconstruction part of decay to restore his arms . Would be pretty sick

Most likely Eri will be used to rewind to the point Deku gets his arms back as Horikoshi wouldn't set her up like that a few chapters ago JUST to not use her, plus with Kurogiri's portals now being in use for the Hero's side i can see Deku being pulled out of the fight and given time to recover, not only that with how Decay is "Gone" if Yoichi did get pulled out along with the last few chapters setting up that Tomura wanted to be a hero originally i could see his vestige alongside Deku attempting to use Decay right back at AFO, it would be a huge symbol that the successor to OFA and the successor to AFO siding alongside one another to take him out entirely giving Tomura some redemption for how he turned out.
The story is progressing really well, The ending has to be something only Deku can do. Making him the number one hero. He is a hero of his own, unlike all other heroes before him

What if, not only the OFA vestiges went back to deku but also Tenko's vestige. That's why AFO can't sense Tenko anymore and thinks that decay is gone. Maybe even some of the other AFO victims were able to run away and pass on to deku. A little Far-fetched but it'd be nice to see deku realising that he was able to save Tenko and together they defeat AFO.
Btw its actually Overhaul whos quirk got copied (confirmed) The scene in the kid from the orphanage is in one of the older chapters when Deku fought him. Overhaul was in a Orphanage before his old man adopted him & it showed the exact same picture of him
I think that Youichi and some other OFA users went back to Deku except for Nana Shimora who couldn't abandon Tenko and stayed by his side she will help him regain control and use decay on himself ending AFO and himself for good
OK, so I actually have a theory of what will happen next: Technically speaking, Deku trans, vestiges and quirks from one for all into Shiraki, specifically Tenko Shimura. Now one for all has emerged and suppressed the identity of Tenko. So my theory is that the one for all quirk is now in the possession of Tenko, who will then reassert him himself just enough to transfer the quirk back to Deku, perhaps, with other quirks, such as the regeneration one. That way you have Deku still pull off the final blow, and you get to end the series without him being quirkless. In addition, you have a way of actually saving Tenko while still allowing a death of our villain, because Tenko would be the key to victory over all for one. Likely sacrificing his own consciousness and existence in order to give the quirk back to Deku, and then allowing for a vestige of Tenko exist within Deku.

I'm gonna lean towards the latter option because it kinda just . . . makes sense, somehow. Like, from a narrative stand point, it's going to represent the moment that Deku has to make a decision: Fully Destroy Shigaraki, and Tomura, to stop AFO, or . . . be destroyed.

So it would be possible and probably Izuku would use it to counter any healing factor left or even figure out how to "decay" the aspect of all for one depending on how they play it out

That is true. But Kurogiri has just teleported a ton of UA Students and heroes onto the battlefield to help deal with AFO. It wouldn't surprise me if Eri is among them, having been foreshadowed that she desperately wants to help.
She doesn't even need to rewind Deku all that much. The damage to his body may have been done in the instant they returned to the real world, not over time, meaning she wouldn't need to expend much energy to rewind him.
So much major twists happening about these big 4 of Class 1-A on Final War
1. Bakugo got his heart exploded and was going to die because of his own quirk and Shigaraki too but Edgeshot saves his life and now he’s unconscious after his victory
2. Shoto overheated his chest after arriving to save his family from Dabi and now he’s burned and unconscious
3. Ochaco got stabbed and loss so much blood because of Toga but after Ochaco wins and now dying Toga decides to save her life by sacrificing her life and the news reporters are in hurry to save her but afraid they might not make it on time
4. Deku now lost both of his arms because of Tenko during the memories and what’s worst AFO has return to fully takeover Tenko’s body and back to present Deku is now bleeding to death

One thing you missed around 2:45 is that Deku doesn't want to kill him. Deku was actually more powerful than Shigaraki, even Shigaraki said he couldn't take many direct hits from Deku. Deku main character trait is no matter how "evil" the person is, everyone is worth saving. If Deku wanted to kill Shigaraki he could have but that was never his intent; remember even the vestiges found it hard to believe until Kudo went into Deku memories and saw his intent was pure.

And AFO said decay is gone from his body. So maybe, Deku now has it but it was restored to its original form so he can reconstruct his arms.

The best thing of all of this is that it makes complete sense. One thing that has always bothered me from the manga is the "miracle" of AFO finding Tenko like an act of providence. Having AFO find Nana's son before, and planning all of this, makes him an incredible villain, the opening was always there for this plot twist. I love it.
My theory tenko gives all for one to deku transferring all quirks back along with the full effect of decay and recomposition allowing him to destroy AFO and remake shigaraki into tenko as a child giving a new chance in life
Three things could happen. Eri Rewinds got too powerful they rewind the whole fight and Deku changes the future, or Mei makes or made robot arms for Deku. Or Eri rewinds Deku into getting his arms back. But I leading more on my first one because the fact that quirks are evolving so I think Eri seeing Deku with no arms but isn’t giving up will make her snap

Tenko's still alive. All For One hears a voice in his head and says silence. That voice is Tenko's. The mention of decay having its reconstruction aspect taken away feels like a chekhov's gun. It's likely that Tenko will somehow awaken the reconstruction aspect of decay and bring back Deku's arm.
Finally, Aizawa is back! I can't wait to find out about Present Mic.
You know what I can imagine happening if Erie enters the battlefield? I can imagine her on Deku's back again. Not just to recover Deku's arms, but also use her quirk to help Shigaraki come back. I really hope Deku and Shigaraki get to fight side by side against All For One. I've always imagined that being how the final fight plays out, at least before Deku and All For One fight one on one.

Deku is both the 9th and 11th user of One for All. He transfered all of it to Shigaraki, and before shigaraki was broken he transfered it back to Deku. Deku has decay. Tenko/Shigaraki now exist as a vestige of One for All.

I will say this has probably been the most engaging and well paid off chapter in some time. Seeing Deku have repercussions for this is crazy especially to this degree, and while I knew AFO would come back, seeing that he planned Tenko/Tomura’s life before he was born was insane but believable considering how most everyone was under this impression to begin with, we just didn’t know how far it went. Makes me wonder if AFO knew about Nana’s son all along.
More than likely the quirk AFO stole from Tenko could have been something along the lines of Float, perhaps Airwalk? Either way, I really wonder what’s happening with OFA, and how Deku will recover from this.

I think yoichi is most likely with shigiraki inside the quirk factor and trying to bring him back out to fight with him to push all for one out thats why he can still sense shigaraki but not his brother his brother is in hiding secretly with shigaraki and not making his presence known until he gets done working with each other to weaken all for one from the inside while all of the other heros fight him from the outside. I also think deku has the full overhaul quirk factor he just hasn't figured it out yet and it was transfered to him in the vestige world without his knowledge and he will figure it out during the fight after reconstructing his arms back due to shear will power and wanting to still fight I don't see ere coming to the battle field due to it being stated she hadn't regained her power fully yet so I doubt she could be of any use as of this moment.
I know it's wishful thinking, but I predict that none of the ofa users are actually gone. AFO seems to say that his brother is gone because he can't feel him or the power. Power can't be created or destroyed, only transfered, and afo hasn't done any flashy moves yet that are more powerful than what we have seen so far. I wouldn't be surprised that they'll show up again along with some new quirks thanks to shigaraki not wanting to be played by afo again. Imagine all for one in the next chapter tries some big move only to notice that half of his stocked quirks are gone.

Most likely Eri will be used to rewind to the point Deku gets his arms back as Horikoshi wouldn't set her up like that a few chapters ago JUST to not use her, plus with Kurogiri's portals now being in use for the Hero's side i can see Deku being pulled out of the fight and given time to recover, not only that with how Decay is "Gone" if Yoichi did get pulled out along with the last few chapters setting up that Tomura wanted to be a hero originally i could see his vestige alongside Deku attempting to use Decay right back at AFO, it would be a huge symbol that the successor to OFA and the successor to AFO siding alongside one another to take him out entirely giving Tomura some redemption for how he turned out.

What if, not only the OFA vestiges went back to deku but also Tenko's vestige. That's why AFO can't sense Tenko anymore and thinks that decay is gone. Maybe even some of the other AFO victims were able to run away and pass on to deku. A little Far-fetched but it'd be nice to see deku realising that he was able to save Tenko and together they defeat AFO.

OK, so I actually have a theory of what will happen next:
Technically speaking, Deku trans, vestiges and quirks from one for all into Shiraki, specifically Tenko Shimura. Now one for all has emerged and suppressed the identity of Tenko.
So my theory is that the one for all quirk is now in the possession of Tenko, who will then reassert him himself just enough to transfer the quirk back to Deku, perhaps, with other quirks, such as the regeneration one.
That way you have Deku still pull off the final blow, and you get to end the series without him being quirkless. In addition, you have a way of actually saving Tenko while still allowing a death of our villain, because Tenko would be the key to victory over all for one. Likely sacrificing his own consciousness and existence in order to give the quirk back to Deku, and then allowing for a vestige of Tenko exist within Deku.
