Great timing for this refresher video, I just did this 'sloth' routine last week to spice up my training and am still amazed at the immediate results I get every time! Thanks Anthony.

Great video. Slow L sit chin ups are one of my favorites. Working on doing it on rings to challenge even more muscles at once :)

Nice! Do you train solely calisthenics?

I would prefer one set to failure of each movement if so time restricted. These slow reps are tantalizing. Great video with interesting approach!

Hey Nikita, yes indeed, especially if you get good at SST, one rep can be enough after a certain point!

How would you programme progressive overload and/or break a plateau?
Been stuck on 3 reps in the pull-up using the SuperSlow method (10/10 cadence). Whilst one minute TUL is good, I am no longer progressing.

Hi, I saw another video of yours and you had a nice pullbar at your home. Can you tell me the model? its black and red I believe.

Hi Jona, it's definitely the friendliest door-frame pull-up bar I've had so far. The brand is "Fitbeast" and you can support the channel if you want to purchase it on Amazon through this affiliate link: amzn.to/3wp8m9

Anthony, would you recommend doing these exercises daily?

    • @BodyweightMuscle
      @BodyweightMuscle  9 місяців тому +1

      Hey Bruce!
      1) Regarding upper body, I would alternate angles.
i.e. instead of pull ups I would switch to rows (horizontal pool instead of a vertical pool)
i.e. instead of dips I would switch to push-ups
      2) Regarding the lower body I would switch from a squat movement pattern, into a more hip hinge movement pattern, (for example instead of Spanish squads I would consider something like glute bridges)

Hi ! This one is GREAT !
I was planning the sloth workout following the last video. However, there were few things that still confused me because it's more advanced: ua-cam.com/video/GCsU9_4ARF0/v-deo.html
Your mail came just in time ! This new episode of Super Slow workout is fit my level. Clearly information !
    Thank you very much.
